There are 2 trash locations: the closest is by laundry area at the South end corner of the driveway at the edge of the parking bay
Leave one set of keys back in the original lockbox CASSETTE TAPE sticker reading "NEVER FORGET" — CODE 6046 — all other keys can stay in the bowl under the TV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo was spotless and within walking distance, of a park, restaurants, and shopping. Lots of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, pool towels, e-bikes, and a bottle of rosé! Louie, our dog, felt right at home. It was my husband's first visit to Palm Springs, and he appreciated the list of local hikes and eateries. Thanks!

Very nice place. Pickleball courts on the premises, and a nice pool, which were not busy at the time of our stay so very convenient. Close to grocery stores with a very good restaurants close by or within walking distance

We fully enjoyed our stay in the Mondo Condo. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the convenient walk to downtown restaurants and hiking trails.

Mondo Condo was a wonderful find for our visit. We had the comfort and space of a private residence within 5 min. of downtown and other attractions. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted and two nice patios. Our hosts were always communicative for our questions. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, pharmacies and easy access to major roads. And it was priced great. Minor note: There is an elevator between the first and second floor (we missed that when we arrived) and one flight of stairs from the 2nd floor to the apt. Each set of stairs is for 2 specific apts. So check that you’re going up the right stairs.

Wonderful stay

Drew is a wonderful host. My cousin and myself came from Canada for a weekend stay, due to flights we requested to add two extra days to the trip and was accommodated for the request. Place is clean, spacious and has plenty of amenities. Close to downtown Palm Springs and other local areas. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with drew was alway quick and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone venturing into the Palm Springs area. Would definitely come again and rent from drew. Was nice to share their space from another fellow Canadian.

The condo is lovely. Looks just like the pictures except Jackie O is not there on the wall. It is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had what we needed. We finally found the dumpster , you have to go outside behind the wall. It's a great location and has beautiful views. Lots of towels and linens in the closet, even spices in the kitchen. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor and you walk up to the 3rd. The bottle of wine is a nice touch, thank you! My only suggestion is to add more silverware (forks.) Drew was quick to communicate when I had a couple of questions. We fell in love with Palm Springs. There is a street festival every Thursday downtown we walked to, but most places to took an Uber. Great place that I would recommend and would stay again.

Mid-century Modern

Drew, who is the owner of this property, was a great host. He was readily available to respond if I had an issue. I really enjoyed the retro decor of the unit, the proximity to downtown (an easy walk), and all kinds of restaurants and bars. The property is securely gated and has a lovely pool area. Drew has provided a keurig coffee machine with pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a new barbecue which we enjoyed. All in all, a great week in a cool condo, in a cool city! Thankyou Drew!

Amazing AirB&B <3 close to StageCoach shuttle pick up!

Hello, I just wanted to let you know we appreciate the AirB&B as it was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was close enough for us to uber (5min) to the Palm Springs Convention Center to take a shuttle (included in ticket purchase only) to StageCoach. We also appreciated the brochure recommendations at the AirB&B and went to one of the recommended brunch places called “Elmers Restaurant”; which had great breakfast! And we appreciate the ice available in the fridge which we used to make drinks. The place is spacious and organized and has everything you need and two comfy beds! This place also had a gorgeous pool which we enjoyed and the host was available to any needs or questions we had so we appreciate that too! All the best, will def return here! -Victoria :)

Check in was frustrating. The door was changed the day of check-in and a message sent via VRBO, but I didn’t check the App since I had already received an email 3 days prior with all the check in info.The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and it’s centrally located so we walked everywhere easily.The bed is comfy but the sofa and chairs are not. We weren’t there much as we kept busy outside and downtown, so it wasn’t a big deal.We hiked the Tahquiz Canyon and highly recommend!
