This home has a seven-night minimum rental requirement.

Set in the Mesquite Country Club gated community, this corner condo offers resort-style amenities, including an all-season pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Grill out on the gas grill and dine alfresco on the back patio's dining table. Then, light the gas firepit for after-dinner relaxation.

Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. The well-appointed living area is equipped with a large smart TV. The primary suite has a California king bed and a smart TV. Sliding doors open to the patio. The en suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a smart TV.

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Very private unit, beautifully upgraded in hard surfaces and cabinetry, plumbing and fixtures. While close to the busy streets and intersection, it seemed quiet enough inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. Great location.

Extremely comfortable place. Relaxing outside patio space. Perfect location to be out of the center of things but easy access to everything. So easy to reach many of the wonderful hikes available throughout Palm Springs.

Two month stay

Overall this is a lovely property and Vacasa staff are terrific. Only downside is location, which is on a busy corner so lots of traffic noise..not a problem for sleeping as long as sliders are closed, but not great if you like to sit outside. Excellent access to pools.

This property is beautiful and the location is so handy to Palm Springs. We are looking forward to renting this property again. One thing that would be helpful is cleaning supplies to assist in keeping it clean. I purchased my own broom, and cleaning supplies.

Spring break

Great location to be able to get into town quickly while still feeling at home in a community. Traffic noise was noticeable but manageable. Beds were soft and set up was great for hanging out with older kids. Clear instructions for use of house and facilities. Neighbors were very kind. Management was responsive.

The property well maintained and a pool was within stumbling distance in every direction. The condo itself was incredibly clean and spacious with nice touches everywhere. The linens were ridiculously soft. Everything was well stocked with anything you'd need-from extra towels to a variety of wine glasses to coolers, blenders, dish-ware, etc. The outdoor sitting space was perfect for the days/evenings. Perfect little rental for a STEAL. Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation

The condo was immaculate we felt very comfortable loved the couch. There were lots of kitchen dishes, pots and everything you would need to cook your dinner. The condo is close to the road so there were lots of sirens. We would have preferred to deal with the owner directly had some technical issues with the TV and the propane tank was empty after the 2nd use. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that had been going on for sometime. We did get assistance with the leak the next day from a friendly maintenance man. Overall a great vacation at this condo.

Palm Springs Condo - February 2023

Great location and a very comfortable and clean, condo that had excellent furnishings and appliances. However, VACASA, the property managers, were terrible. Prior to checking-in, I called their 800 number several times only to be connected with a person somewhere in Central America that was reading her responses from a computer screen. They were no help at all. Plus, I asked several questions, via email, that were never answered. This happened twice. When the check-in instructions arrived they contained an incorrect gate code; it took a phone call to the local VACASA contact person to figure out what was going on. When we finally arrived at the condo there were no carpets, no towels, no garbage bags, and the parking passes were missing. To the credit of the great cleaning crew, they returned two hours after check-in with clean carpets and garbage bags. They were very professional and apologetic and made sure that management knew of the missing towels. The next day we discovered that there were no parking passes. I talked with our local VACASA person but we never did receive the passes, Overall the condo was great and I'd give it a 5. With the exception of the VACASA cleaning services team which deserves a rating of 5, the rest of VACASA organization deserves a rating of 2.
