In the living area, a large, U-shaped sofa provides ample room to settle in with your favourite TV series, while split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort.

When you're not out and about sampling the local cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, you’ll find all you need in the fully equipped kitchen to cook up meals at home, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Two spacious and thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep four guests, with each including a queen-size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as side tables with reading lamps. Toowong Village is less than 10 minutes’ walk, where you'll find cafes, supermarkets, chemists, banks and specialty stores, while Toowong Station is also located here and Brisbane River is a stone’s throw away. Mt Coot-Tha is five minutes' drive, where you can take in panoramic views of Brisbane and glimpses of Moreton Bay, and discover a range of bushwalking trails. Toowong Private Hospital and The Wesley Hospital are both within a few minutes’ drive.
