Only complaint is that the house is located on a Main Street and it can be very noisy at night. It would also be nice if there were more than 1 tv.

The rented unit was in a great location, easy to access and the communication with the host was extremely helpful! This rental is close to all the fun things at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and I would recommend this spot to everyone!!

Loved the house; great location and well stocked. Communication with the owners was very good, easy and prompt prior to check in. Once we arrived we didn’t need anything at all though. Would recommend and stay again!

Great home base

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. There was plenty of room for all--we could have easily had another family join us, which we will do in the future now that we know. Clean and comfortable, close to the beach and other venues we were seeing. We had some questions for the host, and Sheppard was very helpful and responsive. We'll definitely be looking here again if we're back in town.

The place is as nice as you'd expect from the pictures. The host always responded quickly if I had any questions. Spacious bedrooms, and almost fully stocked kitchen. 3 balconies and a front porch, plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would recommend. Would stay here again.

Virginia Wedding

We came for a family wedding and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and large enough to house our family comfortably. Ample supplies and the proximity to the beach and wedding was perfect. The AC works great! My only suggestions would be to leave soap or body wash in the showers. Also felt at the check in time at 4:00 is too late and the check out time at 10;30 too early . It was difficult to coordinate arrival and departure with those times especially when you have a pet.

The property was nice and within walking distance to the beach. Would be nice if there were tv’s in the bedrooms for the kids as my son brought his Xbox and had to play it in the living room and we couldn’t watch anything else. Other than that it was a good location and close to where my son had has basketball tournament.

House beautiful. It’s on 22nd Ave. it’s close to beach and boardwalk, but In direct flight path of military jets. They fly night and day. Mostly day. You have to stop your conversation when the planes fly over it’s so loud. My Apple Watch gave me a sound decibel alert when they flew over. The house is on a busy road so you also hear a lot of car traffic. It’s very urban as far as noise even though you’re near the beach. House beautiful.

Great Weekend at the Beach!

We were in Virginia Beach celebrating my brother’s birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach and to the Vibe district, which has several cute stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We hope to stay in this house again this fall. It was great weekend!

Good location!

The house has everything you would want and felt safe and plenty spacious for our family of four plus two sets of grandparents. There are stairs up to bedrooms. Try Abbey Road pub just down the street and the mini golf is awesome just down the street. Any necessities, 7-11 is less than a block away. Maybe a 8 minute walk to the beach with kids and gear! The only advice I have is that breakfast places fill up early Sunday morning…

Neptune Festival Weekend

Nice place, very clean with exception of a few carpet stains in the bedroom. Location is right on I-264/22nd street so it’s ripe for street noise all hours. Would suggest putting TV’s in the bedrooms - it’s a challenge to have every one agree on 1 Channel. A few additional kitchen supplies would be great, small glasses, tea pot, etc. other than that it was very nice stay!
