This home sleeps 12. Our open and spacious cozy beach home is located in peaceful and quiet Old Beach. Our home is 2 blocks to the oceanfront beach and walking distance to the convention center, an upscale supermarket, restaurants, Museum of Contemporary Art, skate board park, and all the fun activities and sights the boardwalk offers. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is 4 blocks away. There is private parking for 4 vehicles.

There is a beautiful backyard for outside dinners with a large fenced in private yard.

Guests enter through the quiet 1/2 street and enter through the rear of the property.

The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and separate space with four bunk beds, plus your own parking area off the main road. Three bathrooms is an extra plus. Our host Tom was excellent, when contacted you received an immediate response. Would certainly rent again when the warm weather comes. Nice place. The weather was really cold and there was a high wing alert so that may have been part of the reason the furnace couldn’t keep up. We woke up and it was only 62 in the house.

Our family is excited to share with you a hidden secret at the oceanfront Virginia Beach. We currently live in the community of Old Beach and absolutely love the vibe and location. We decided to share one of our homes this year as a beach rental and we hope you love it too!

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the Relaxation Station and we absolutely love the community. We decided to rent this awesome place for families to make lasting memories like we did when we lived there. We now live in a smaller home in OLD BEACH.

What makes this property unique

We love this home because it is within walking and bicycling distance to what we think is everything. The home itself is very open and spacious and has a beach vibe. The back yard is so welcoming in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day and the large backyard is a great place for children and adults to play games. Sit by the fire in the evening and have a glass of wine around the fire pit with beach chairs.
