Perfect for our needs

The townhouse met all of our needs. Very clean, plenty of extra towels/blankets etc. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are three levels to the property so people who have difficulty with stairs may have issues reaching the master suite or roof top patio.

Best VRBO Rental So Far!

This property was very well located within malls, restaurants, businesses etc. It was situated about 15 miles from downtown Toronto, but the traffic was horrendous on a Saturday Night. We are from Houston and it isn’t this bad…… but back to the property itself. The directions to the property was detailed well, the inside was very clean and nice. There were four levels in the apartment leading to the patio level that overlooked downtown Mississauga. We didn’t mind the inconvenience of driving because we had a rental. The airport is 20 minutes away. I would definitely rent here again!

Don't Stay Here-This Place is Not Safe and Owner Can't Be Trusted

We had to deal with safety issues, lack of cleanliness and supplies, and the bad behavior and attitude of the property owner. The 4th floor balcony is covered with unstable, wood-tiles, & in many areas tiles are covered with other tiles, ply-wood, broken metal slats, etc. you have to step on to access the space. Space is littered with flammable debris and garbage. The grill here could start a fire. My wife tripped, fell and cut her knees the one time she was in this space. On June 2nd there was a fire on the 4th floor balcony of the unit next to ours and firefighters told us to evacuate our unit. Property owner did nothing. Our first night we noticed the 1st floor fire alarm was missing. Property owner said previous renters removed it and they threatened the housekeeper with a knife. That was very unnerving. The unit was not clean as dirt, crumbs, stains and lint were everywhere. Kitchen counter tops were filthy, fridge did not work properly and owner would not fix it. This place has 4 flights of very narrow, spiral-like staircases. Trash has to be taken to the back of the unit to the underground parking garage. There was no tissue, hair conditioner, luggage racks, hangers, hair dryer, or drawers. Beds very uncomfortable, WIFI not reliable. Master balcony was dirty with debris. No balcony in any guest rooms. Owner didn’t know our parking spot numbers. When we contacted him about an issue, he accused us of being rude and disrespectful which was not true. Owner was terrible.

This property was a little "rougher" than expected, which we could have dealt with and been happy overall. Unfortunately, when we saw the bedrooms and what the host described as a "twin bed" was really a cot on wheels, we were very disappointed. Additionally, one of the queen beds was so worn out that my daughter sunk into the center of it and was unable to lay flat and sleep on it. This should absolutely is unacceptable when paying top dollar for a VRBO. We specifically chose this property because there were 3 queens and 2 twin beds and were able to use 2 beds. Once we were upset about the bed situation, everything else seemed to really bother us such as hair in the shower drains that weren't cleaned out from the previous guests, laundry Bounce sheets that were so old, had dirt and dust on them and stuck together were not usable, only 1 bar stool at the kitchen counter, the blue couch was so worn out that when you sat on it, you sunk backwards and kitchen utensils and plates were dirty in the cupboards. Needless to say, we were not impressed with the condition of the property, but because we were in town for a wedding and had a very tight schedule, we had to make due with the situation. This was very unfortunate!
