You will love staying at this perfectly located apartment in a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic. Only 18 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the CBD it’s a perfect Sydney location. This Northeast-facing beautifully finished two-bedroom apartment and entertainers delight is a short 500 meter stroll to famous Coogee beach and the Coogee village restaurants cafes, bars and shops. All you need are your beach towels! The apartment is in a security building with intercom and CCTV.
You will have over 100 square meters of living space with an additional 45 square meters of garden courtyard. There is also undercover parking available on request.

The space consists of a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, two generous bedrooms with leafy outlook, main bathroom and ensuite, a separate laundry, workspace and NBN internet with fast line speed and free WIFII.

The Lounge/Dining area
You will love the coastal palate of warm white walls, light oak flooring and sisal and textural furnishings and fittings. Shiplap panelling is used on the lounge kitchen walls adding to the coastal vibe. At night there are various floor and table lamps to enhance the relaxed décor. The lounge has a 4-seater King furniture lounge, relaxing cane and wicker armchair, side tables, air conditioner, ceiling fan, 65-inch Sony Smart TV, Sonos Arc Soundbar, access to Netflix and an assortment of books/games provided. An ornate oak wood 6 -seater table in the dining space is great for those long lunches and dinners together.

Bedroom 1
Your bedroom has a super comfortable Tempur (memory foam) King bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan, TV and dedicated workspace. Quality Sheridan cotton linen is provided. Flooring is coastal oak floorboards. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with café style table and chairs accessed through a sliding door that overlooks the mature gardens.

Bedroom 2
Your bedroom has a quality Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Quality Sheridan cotton linen provided. Flooring is coastal oak floorboards.

Kitchen
You will love the Hampton style black and white cabinetry together with Caesarstone benchtops this chic kitchen features a Smeg wall oven and microwave, Bosch induction cooktop, Electrolux French door fridge, Fischer and Paykel two drawer dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and cooking equipment, you will want for nothing.

The laundry tucked away adjacent to the kitchen stores a top loading washing machine and a new LG wand vacuum cleaner.

Bathrooms
There is a chic floor to ceiling tiled main bathroom with suspended vanity, rainforest shower, full claw bath and suspended toilet. It also has heated towel racks and a clever wall mirror with inbuilt light. The main bedroom has a chic ensuite again with quality wall to ceiling tiles, rainforest shower and suspended vanity and toilet. A heated towel rail and Sheridan quality towels are provided.

Garden Courtyard

You will love the spacious garden courtyard of this apartment, it’s an entertainers delight. This 45 square meter travertine paved area has a small but luscious garden with mature palm tree and water fountain. During the day relax under the four meter square commercial umbrella that cantilevers to any position you desire. The six seater teak table is ideal for long lunches or leisurely evening meals prepared on the Weber BBQ that runs on mains gas (no refilling of gas bottles). Alongside the Weber BBQ is an outdoor drinks fridge for storing those cold drinks on warm days/nights. Underneath the kitchen window is a day-bed perfect for relaxing with your favourite book. The courtyard comes alive at night where a number of strategically placed lights showcase the foliage and features including the water fountain. Plates, cutlery and glassware are stored in the outdoor BBQ cabinetry for your ease of use.


Shared amenities
The apartment is located in a complex that has a twelve meter pool, an adjoining spa, two BBQs, toilet and a shaded cabana with multiple seating for use by residents. Pool hours are from 7 am to 9 pm. There is a no glass rule while using the pool area and access is via a key which you will be provided with. There is a parking space available upon request.
