Our ground floor apartment is located in the best part of Budgewoi just seconds from the lakes, beach, pub and Budgewoi's growing dining precinct.

The Apartment accommodates up to 4 Adults in a combination of the King sized bed and the Queen sized sofa with a number of streaming apps along with IP TV for viewing on the lounge room tv or 180cm by 120cm automated projector in the bedroom.

Entirely self contained, with a kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer, and with its super fast Starlink internet connection this is the perfect work from (not quite) home location.

The backyard and the newly constructed outdoor kitchen features an Italian commercial BBQ which cooks reastarant quality steak accompanied by a bar and dining area perfect to create memorable meals and experiences.

Darts, backyard cricket , beach fishing , kayaking on the lake are just a few of your options during your stay here.

To be honest - the Pub! But also the beach and the lake, the little collection of restaurants and takeaways down near the lake - it has always felt perfect to me.

Has to be the outdoor kitchen - picking up the old steak grill from the Budgewoi Hotel makes it local and special - and it cooks a great steak!
