Chipper Inn is a brand new, spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home that sits on the fairway of the 9th hole on Springbrook Golf Course. Explore nature and enjoy watching golfers in your backyard while spending time in the large covered deck area which includes a gas grill. The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for your family or group.

This open concept split ranch home features a large kitchen with a large island. The adjoining living room area has a recessed ceiling and fully bricked gas fireplace, which is adorned with a 65" TV. The four-seasons room features a ton of windows giving you a perfect view of nature along with a coffee bar to enhance your leisurely mornings. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, comes with full-size appliances and opens up to the dining and living rooms. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for 8, along with additional seating for 8 at the kitchen island.

The peaceful master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and its own private bathroom with a large closet and double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds and large TVs on the wall. There is a shared bathroom with a shower right down the hall, as well as a large utility room with washer and dryer and a coat area and bench for shoe storage. The garage is currently not included with rental of the home.
Guests will appreciate the lower level which includes a rec room, full bathroom and one bedroom featuring a king size bed and TV. The rec room includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, bar height table with stools, and a fridge. There are two additional TVs and a comfortable seating area. The home offers complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Chipper Inn is within walking distance of Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.
