Suited perfectly for everything from a family reunion to a couples' getaway; guests of this five bedroom home will enjoy the guest friendly lower level, four seasons porch with seating and the deck overlooking the wooded backyard complete with one small and one large charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and fire pit. Ideally located in the heart of Spring Brook Resort, Black Bear Lodge sleeps a maximum of 14 people.

The main floor master bedroom comes with a king bed and features the ultimate private bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, fire place and TV. Two additional bedrooms - both with queen beds share the second full bath. The large common area has an open kitchen, dining and living room concept accented by a beautiful stone wall gas fireplace, a mounted flat screen TV and a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy meal time together at the spacious counter or nearby dining table. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Towels and linens are provided for use in the home. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Head downstairs where guests will be swept away with what the beautifully finished basement has to offer including two bedrooms and a third full bath. The bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Perfect for entertaining, the rec area features pool, foosball, and a shuffleboard table. In addition, there's a wet bar area with a full size refrigerator, pub tables, lounge area with queen sofa sleeper, and large screen TV. This is where the gang will want to be for the big tournament!

Black Bear Lodge is a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
