Great family spot

Great family spot, clean, new. Bedsheets could be better, but overall a great suburban stay. Good pricing. Lots of space.

New and clean. Bright and sunny. Not noisy. Couch in TV area is in poor condition. No top sheet on any of 3 beds. Only fitted sheet which may or may not have been mattress cover. Stove and fridge new and clean. Nice to have dishwasher. Baking sheet would be good addition.

House was perfect for our trip

The house was a perfect solution for my family with plenty of space for all of us. The location was a little farther from Toronto than I anticipated and still had construction in the neighborhood's. However neither affected our stay significantly and I was really happy with the stay.

Return to our old hometown

We stayed 6 nights, ending Dec. 2nd which had us in town for a celebration of a family birthday. Beds were comfortable, first floor open concept was more than adequate for our visiting friends and family for visits. Hot water was limited, not sure about reason. Kitchen was reasonably stocked for our needs. Location was perfect as we knew the area and easily found all we needed. Parking for more than one car was very handy. RDL and HSL White Rock, BC

Spacious and new townhouse

Responsive host. The inside of the house is very clean and spacious. Limited toilet paper supply. It’s just a bit dusty and muddy outside as the other area is still under development.

Toronto Townhome

The overall cleanliness and ease of checking in was wonderful in this townhouse. However, there were a few complaints and things the host may want to look into. First and foremost was the lack of good kitchen utensils. The coffee pot was from the 90s, plastic drip, which plugged up. The microwave was the tiniest countertop microwave I’ve ever seen. The couch in the living room was horrible!! It was so hard & uncomfortable we couldn’t even sit and rest on it or watch TV. It was so very bad! It looks like a little time and monetary investment into this property would make it much better.

Great location but needs improvement

Easy check in process and very convenient to all the new spots. Place was comfortable and newly built. However, the neighborhood is still under development so there is lot of construction noise throughout the day and results in lots of dust outside. Garage needs a cleaning and the coffeemaker needs to be replaced as it was super dirty. Be aware there is no coffee to brew just instant coffee. The place isn't infant friendly so bring items as needed. The cleaners forgot to supply extra paper towel after paying high cleaning fees. Lastly, living room couch needs an upgrade, could feel the spring and foundation when sitting on it.

Great stay
could use some cleaning equipment for winter months

All good except there’s no mop or broom. We came after snow, abd without a mop, the downstairs every way got very dirty and muddy we trued to keep it confined to the downstairs, but there’s also no floor mats to wipe shoes either. At minimum, a mop abd broom would be super useful.

The property condition and location are just as described. The owner was responsive and flexible. I gave cleanliness, property condition and property area 4 because there are still constructions in the neighborhood which made the house a little bit dusty and the roads somewhat "muddy". These were absolutely not the owner's responsibilities but I just wanted to give an honest review. Other than these, it was a great stay.

Clean and nice condo, but lacking in love!No message to explain how it works.The coffee machine was dirty, and the carafe hadn't been washed. Several things were missing: fabric softener for the dryer, tissues, cleaning product (to clean the countertop, for example), dustpan (only the broom), not enough laundry soap, only a tiny frying pan for making eggs, with the handle completely loose, which my boyfriend fixed. Only one tablecloth and no dishcloths. We wrote to say there were no dishcloths, and they told me they would have them delivered in two days. I never received anything, and he never wrote back to ask for an update either.Otherwise, it was good: it was clean, the bedrooms were fine, as was the kitchen and living room.
