The Waves is a stunning, newly built four-bedroom, four-bath home located directly across the street from the beach. Guests enjoy private, deeded beach access conveniently situated right in front of the property. The home is part of East 15 Cottages, a quiet and charming community in the heart of Gulf Shores, consisting of just 15 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool.



Property Features:



• Balcony access is from both the living room and the primary bedroom



• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the home



• A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats two, with three additional barstools at the counter



• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access



• Second bedroom also has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Fourth bedroom features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Convenient keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for up to four vehicles underneath the home. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted



• Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property



Please note: Propane for the grill is not provided; guests must supply their own.

Be prepared to bring everything with you! Minimal things to get you started. Barely any towels. So prepare to wash a lot- but make sure you bring detergent! 1 dish towel, 2 garbage bags, toilet paper is super thin and will need more to make it through the week. The pool is super small and lame.

We do provide an initial starter supply of essentials for guests’ arrival, including items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps. As outlined in the check-in information provided prior to arrival, these items are not replenished during the stay, and guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing additional supplies as needed for the duration of their visit, including laundry detergent and other personal items. For towels, we provide approximately 1.5 towels per person, based on the home's maximum occupancy. We also completed a follow-up call after your arrival to ensure everything was going well. We wish we had been made aware of your concerns regarding the towels during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to assist and provide additional towels if needed. Regarding the pool, photos of the pool area are included in the listing so guests can review them before booking. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Great Condo, Great Location

I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at The Wave. Our family of four adults, two teenagers, and three children truly enjoyed the condo and its great location. The space was very comfortable, the beds were great, and we appreciated that there was enough hot water to accommodate everyone’s showers. Everything was exactly as pictured. Our teenagers particularly loved watching the traffic at night, and we enjoyed being within walking distance to the Beach, Market, Surf Style, and other local attractions. The pool was also a highlight, and we enjoyed meeting other friendly families during our stay. We would definitely come back to this location. Thank YOU!!! We do have a few recommendations that might improve the experience for future guests: - TV/Dish: We could not get the Dish service to work, so instructions would be very helpful. - WIFI: The connection was quite weak, and our devices and TVs experienced frequent buffering constantly. - Amenities: It would be helpful to have a dustpan to go with the broom, as well as nightlights for the stairs (both inside and outside). - Labeling: We suggest labeling the switches at the front door; we didn't realize there were downstairs lights until our final night. - Outdoor Furniture: We suggest more seating on the upstairs balcony as that is where you have the best view of the ocean & street. Thank you for providing such a spacious and well-located home for our family trip.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This was the perfect home for 4 adults and 4 teenagers! We enjoyed the space. The kitchen was well stocks with dishes, cutlery, and glassware. Lots of towels too! Quick beach access and a nice pool! Looking forward to next year’s trip already!!

The house is awesome, right across the street feom the beach. Checkin and check out was easy and the commutation was great. It would be nice to have more towels provided, paper towels and toilet paper. With staying 5 nights, I had to go by some paper products.

Amazing property!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo is brand new and equipped eith everything you need - smart TVs, washer & dryer, sufficient seating, and close proximity to everything on East Beach Blvd. You can walk to several restaurants and the beach.

Best home away from home

We had an amazing time. Even though we were there for a State track meet and had a busy schedule to keep this place made it extra special to come back to at the end of the long days. Everything from the time you open the door was nothing short of amazing. The living space was so open and inviting. The property itself was clean and smelled so good. Everything was well furnished. The location is spot on to meeting any and all your needs. It sits on a quiet street, which I appreciated tremendously. The beach is just a short walk from the property across the street. You'll get no complaints here. Everyone in my party loved it. This will definitely be on our future list of "home away stays".

Waves vacation October 2024

The waves is a very nice house in a good location. The bedrooms are great and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped- see below. Knowing the house is quite new, we do have some recommendations for the owners to make it a little better. There were no hotpads or other kitchen linens. The tub in the first floor bathroom is super slick. Please add some no slip decals on the bottom. The largest/ nicest bedroom on the front of the house is very exposed to street noises and the lights from other businesses keep the room lit up all night. Please put a shade on the door. The exterior stairs were totally wet- even puddling- every morning from roof run off and we were concerned with slipping and falling. I didn’t think to check, but if there are not gutters on that side you may want to add them before someone gets hurt. I think it was the last day that I finally figured out all the light switches for outside. Labeling them would help. My only other thought is that if you are real short then you might have problems with the beds because they are very high. There is a step stool though.
