The Waves is a stunning, newly built four-bedroom, four-bath home located directly across the street from the beach. Guests enjoy private, deeded beach access conveniently situated right in front of the property. The home is part of East 15 Cottages, a quiet and charming community in the heart of Gulf Shores, consisting of just 15 cottages that share an outdoor (unheated) pool.



Property Features:



• Balcony access is from both the living room and the primary bedroom



• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the home



• A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats two, with three additional barstools at the counter



• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access



• Second bedroom also has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Fourth bedroom features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Convenient keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Parking for up to four vehicles underneath the home. Boats, watercraft, campers, and trailers are not permitted



• Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property
