Private Pool, Game Room & Fire Pit in Central San Antonio

Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 2,150 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 8 guests. With a private pool, dedicated game room and backyard built for spending time together, it’s a great home base for families and groups exploring San Antonio.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**
Cool off in the private pool, fire up the BBQ or spend the evening around the fire pit roasting s’mores. The backyard also features plenty of space to relax with string lighting that creates a warm atmosphere after sunset.
The private pool is approximately 4.5 ft deep, open year-round and is not heated.
Please note that the pool-side spa area is connected to the pool and does not function as a traditional hot tub. It stays at the same temperature as the pool, cannot be heated separately and does not have jets.

**GAME ROOM**
The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with a pool table, arcade games and more, giving kids and adults plenty to do without leaving the house.
A large fan is provided in the game room to help keep the space comfortable. The converted garage is not available for vehicle parking.

**3 BEDROOMS | SLEEPS UP TO 8**
The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in the three bedrooms with additional sleeping space for 2 guests using the provided folding beds.

**KITCHEN & COMFORT**
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker for your mornings.
You’ll also have comfortable living and dining areas, a large TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and the everyday essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

**LOCATION**
The home is centrally located in North San Antonio with convenient access to the airport, North Star Mall, Medical Center, San Antonio Zoo, Botanical Garden, Downtown, the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld and other popular attractions.
Restaurants, groceries, shopping, places of worship and everyday essentials are also nearby.

**PARKING & ACCESS**
You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the private pool, backyard, BBQ area and game room.
The garage has been converted into the game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Parking is available at the property.

**A FEW THINGS TO KNOW**
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.
• A dummy security camera is located at the front of the home.
• The garage has been converted into the game room with plenty of games and a large fan to help keep the space comfortable.
