Modern Condo with breathtaking views

We loved having a personal boat slip included in the rental. Leslie was very attentive and always available. The condo was very clean and stocked with thoughtful touches by the host. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. We would like to have had smart tvs to be able to enjoy that amenity, but it didn't interfere with our days. Private and well maintained building. Unbeatable balcony view with dolphin sightings throughout the day.

This past week, I installed 3 NEW 50" SMART flatscreen TV's in the 3 bedrooms. The Living room TV has a Firestick included. I was there last week and it worked fine. I did notice that Mediacom, the internet provider is not always reliable but the problem was intermittent. The TV picture is outstanding. While there are enough channels to watch, the renters need to bring their TV subscriptions with them if they want more of their favorites.

Dolphins galore!

Everything was perfect about our vacation. The checking in and parking were easy. The location was the best for us. It was close enough to Florabama to walk, but no where near the crowd if that makes sense. The value was terrific for a spotless clean spacious waterfront property. The entire place felt fresh and comfortable. Easy access to the boat slips, too. 10/10 for Leslie!! She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay! Having a local hostess makes a world of difference when wanting to explore local gems! Thanks for a fun adventurous beach vacation of our dreams!

We enjoyed our vacation more than any other to Orange Beach.

Staying on Ole River was amazing. We brought our boat and stayed in the water. The property and docks were perfect. The condo was huge compared to ones we have stayed before. Very clean and well stocked. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay!!

The condo was clean and beautiful for our stay. We loved the beach vibe decor and watching dolphins off of the balcony every morning. We appreciated the coffee bar and welcome snack basket, too. Very nice touches throughout the condo that made our stay great! Leslie was the absolute best Host ever! She recommended some restaurants and they were delicious eateries! The condo is even better than the online photos!

Awesome Stay in Orange Beach

My wife and I stayed the month of March 2019. The condo was very nice, clean, and roomy. The setting on Old River is very nice. You can sit on balcony and watch the boats and dolphins. Short walk across the street to the beach. Great location. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Clean condo on the Bay

Clean and newer remodeled condo facing the Bayside right across the street form the Gulf. Nice views to watch the dolphins. It was real clean and had what we needed. Kitchen is well stocked to cook. There was a cooler and other beach gear on sight for use. Leslie was a pleasure to talk with about the area.

Beautiful condo in OB

We had a blast on vacation at this condo and in Orange Beach!! The place was very clean and smelled great! It is located close to Perdido Key, Florida and Gulf Shores ... kind of in the middle of everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee(provided by the host) every morning on the balcony. The weather was amazing for out entire stay. Leslie was great and easy to talk with and ask questions. We never wanted to leave!

Clean and spacious rental

Pristine clean and welcoming condo in Orange Beach. Awesome views of the water and boats coming and going. Plenty of toilet paper and supplies. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities and alot more. Beds were comfortable and clean. Attention to details throughout. Host, Leslie, was quick with communication and a pleasure to speak with.

Dolphin Harbor.. perfect vacation!

Everything was easy and went smoothly. Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean and tidy. Extra towels and all nice hospitality items were provided for our stay. Kids loved fishing from the dock while my wife read a book at the pool which was by the water. One of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had. The hostess, Leslie, was always available and even brought my son a fishing pole. We would rent here again anytime coming to OB.

Check in was easy and there was plenty of available parking. The condo was sparkling clean and comfortable. The water view from balcony was great! We watched the dolphins, boats, fish, and birds while having lunch. Close to the beach and anything else we wanted to do. We got a great condo for a great value! Leslie was very helpful and always available when I reached out for questions.

Awesome Host

Leslie was the best host for return visit to the Dolphin Harbor!! She provided an immaculately clean condo which was beautifully modern and updated-- exceptional except for TV in EVERY room are probably 1980 models and they do not work! Other than that we had a most excellent time as always! We appreciated having complimentary coffee and snacks provided. The coffee was greatly enjoyed in the morning on the balcony watching the dolphins playing right in front of our view!!! The condo had many hospitality items such as beach chairs and nice toiletries. Private beach access directly across the street was icing on top of the cake!!! Do not sleep on any condo Leslie manages-- you will have the best she can give just as she does for us time and time again! Dolphin Harbor-- see you again soon!!

The three bedroom TV's have been replaced as of October 25th. As owner, I try to get there two times per year to update equipment or make repairs. Thanks for your comments and your business. Things can change from one renter to the next so comments do help.

Great location

We had a wonderful experience at the Dolphin Harbor unit 3i. The condo was very clean and supplied everything we needed. I liked having more than the usual basics supplied such as cooking oil and spices. Really appreciated plenty of tp, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc for our entire stay. The view of the Bay is beautiful with boats coming and going. Private beach across the street was easy to walk to. Our host, Leslie, was very helpful. We had some a/c issues, and she stayed on top of that to make sure we were comfortable.

Enjoyed everyting about this rental. The host, Leslie, was available and on point with her recommendations for restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean, and like new!! Loved fishing from the dock and the beach is right across the road. Comfortable beds and coffee and snacks were provided. Ibreally liked not having to buy essentials such as toilet paper... it was all provided and great quality!

Fun work trip

Immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything my group of 8 needed. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Leslie was just the best! We stopped a toilet up and she came within 15 minutes and fixed it at no charge. Loved that coffee was there for the first morning when we hadn't made it to the store yet. The condo is in a great area. The view is breathtaking, too. 10 out of 10 for condo and host! Book this one trust all 8 of us!

This condo was simply amazing for our visit to Orange Beach! It was perfectly clean and comfortable!! I was impressed with the detail to cleanliness. The master bedroom/bathroom was such a treat! The view was the icing on the cake. We saw dolphins every morning. Easy checkin and quick communication from the hostess, Leslie -- she is the sprinkles on the cake for sure! She gave us all the great local spots to eat and sent us to the best parasailing company. This condo is on our go to list for the next visit to the coast!

Perfect spot

Condo is even better than the photos!! It has a very beachy vibe with nice furnishings. I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness, as I do own my own cleaning company. Beds were fresh and comfortable. One suggestion would be to upgrade the tvs. They are very outdated. Leslie was a fantastic host and quick to help when we needed it. She went out of her way to bring my kids some fishing poles and bait. They loved it!! We will be back to visit this condo and host again very soon!
