Beautiful waterfront home in desired Southwest quadrant of the beautiful paradise island. 2 minute drive to Crescent Beach. Why visit Marco Island and not enjoy the constant views a waterfront pool home offer. Square pool larger than most - new heater. Spa fabulous. Walking distance to beach (see map attached) as distance perception varies person to person.

Enjoy relaxing by the water; fish from the dock; and watch the occasional dolphin or manatee swim by as you relax on the lanai.
