Lovely ground floor condo in building 7 at the Gardens of Beachwalk. Kitchen has been totally updated with new appliances, cabinets and countertops and is perfect for preparing your gourmet meals. All new tile plank flooring and paint. Laundry room with full size upgraded washer and dryer. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the patio with a garden view of tropical plants. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
The guest room has a walk in shower and the primary bedroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a heated resort style pool, hot tub and fitness center. Community is gated, close to shopping, beaches and plenty of activities. RSW airport is a short 30 minutes away. No pets are allowed.
