Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in this 3 bed / 2 bath pool home with activities for the whole family, including a pool on the patio, cornhole set, fire pit lounge area, and a custom outdoor bar. Dog friendly with applicable deposit! Enclosed lanai & separate, spacious patio beyond. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
***** Note for Peak Season Bookings (J-M): The first reservation needs to start on or before January 1, and previous time-frame needs to get rented first. NO open days in between reservations in season (January-March). Monthly minimum rental in season.*****

Five minute drive to Gulf Coast Town Center or Miromar Outlets, both large outdoor shopping centers with local dining options. A 5 mile drive to Florida Gulf Coast University, so Azul is a convenient home for visiting FGCU parents or sport fans to watch a game at the Alico Center. Nearby Estero Community Park is a great spot to bring the kids or enjoy a beautiful Florida sunshine day, with walking paths, disc golf, beach volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoe, picnic shelters, and more. Close to the Gulf beaches of Bonita Springs and Fort Myers for a relaxing beach day or sunset stroll!

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Great house close to FGCU

The house was perfectly laid out for our family. The pool was a great addition. When in the area again my family will definitely stay here.

Fun and fabulous

Had to rebook due to Hurricane Milton and this place was fantastic. Fabulous pool, lots of sun and space. Great communication with owners. Tiki bar and fire table was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I had a fantastic vacation at this rental property. We were driving distance from EVERYTHING! The house was very clean and decorated so cute. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer and dryer, and the master bath shower was amazing! The outdoor space was very private from the neighbors to enjoy the pool and bar (the neighborhood was quiet also). The screened in outdoor porch was so relaxing during the thunderstorm. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery. We explored the Everglades, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Meyers during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! We knew ahead of time the outdoor bar wasn't going to be finished so that was fine with us. The patio was still great to use, we grilled every night and the kids loved the pool and the fire pit. The finishing touches for the bar were being worked on when we left so we can't wait to come back with that complete.
