Sunny, Classic Kiwi Beach House! Central to Beach and mountain bike park

This sundrenched classic Kiwi Bach has everything you need for a Beach holiday or adventures in the mountain bike park. It has views out over the ever changing estuary and bay and is just a short walk to the gorgeous golden sands of Kaiteriteri.
This Bach is perfect for boaties with plenty of room to park your watercraft and cars, while still having ample space to entertain and BBQ (provided) on the back lawn while enjoying a cool drink under the umbrella in the afternoon sun, or have a morning coffee on the front balcony and watch the native wild life land in the trees.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge with heat pump/ air-conditioning. Snuggle up next to the fireplace if a winter getaway is on the cards. With 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests, this bach is great for families or a that much needed "girls trip", or perhaps the boys are in need of a fishing trip. The master bedroom has a queen bed with room for a cot or mattress on the floor.
There is a single car garage underneath which allows extra storage for a car, or a secure place to lock your mountain bikes, you will also find in the garage x2 bikes, Kayak and x2 boogie boards that guests are welcome to borrow.
Kaiteri is a tourist hot spot with so much to do and just a stone through away from the famous Abel Tasman National Park. Catch a water taxi from the main beach to explore more paradise or hire a kayak for your own adventure. With lots of great walks, cycle tracks, beaches and cafes just a stones throw away you wont want to miss out on a stay at this fabulous Beach Bach.

Great host, great location and view. The house had everything we needed and more including a very well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils and serving dishes. This Bach is a good size and light and airy. We would definitely love to stay again.

Perfect place

Perfect location and house. Great layout for family holiday, freshly renovated bathroom and impeccably maintained bach with classic summer holiday look and vibe. Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast to dinner, not one but two grills. Very nice kayak in garage. You can tell this place gets alot of love, I have rented all over NZ and the world and this is one of the best I have experienced. Will definitely return if it is available in the future.

Amazing Location with everything you need to be very comfortable

Beautiful location with a spectacular view and so close to everything. Kitchen was perfect for staying in to cook and the house was so spacious. The verandah is a morning coffee must and the lovely back area is perfect for the last sun. We really didnt even need the heating as the house gets plenty of sun all day. Hilary communicated really well and a bonus was being able to do some washing while we were there. The only negative for our family was that we had only booked 3 nights !!! Would have loved another 3 at least

Kaiteri has been my happy place since I was a little girl. So much so my husband and i got married at little Kaiteri beach a few years ago. We have been fortunate enough to have this amazing family Bach in the family for 4 generations.
I like to call myself a Beach bum as in the summer that's where you will find me, at the beach, and Kaiteri is just the most magic spot. My family enjoy the outdoors and exercise so when holidaying here its great as lots of lovely walks, runs and mountain biking, swimming etc.
I really just want to share this beautiful spot and our beautiful home with others as our family hopes by opening up our Bach to others we can bring joy to and have other families create special memories here too.
