- Much of the house is wheelchair accessible, except the rooftop deck, which requires a spiral staircase. There is a ground-floor suite with step-free access and the rest of the home can be accessed via the elevator. The 3rd-floor bedroom suite offers a zero clearance wheelchair access shower as well as support bars with ADA regulation toilets and sinks. There are portable wheelchair ramps making all 5 decks wheelchair accessible with full shade
