Had a great time. Walking distance to popular places. Small space but everything we needed.

Everything was as listed on the site. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. It's a great location with Metro close. The property management team was wonderful to work with. They answered questions for me all the way up till our arrival. They have a video to show you how to operate everything. Check-out was very easy.

We had such a wonderful time and would strongly recommend this apartment to others! The space was cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the little kitchen was perfect. The location is great - surrounded by lots of wonderful restaurants and shops and easy to get around the entire city. The host was extremely responsive, warm, and informative. We highly recommend this location and would love to come back!

Wonderful location, very kind and responsive hosts, quite well-organized an cozy for a small space - comfortable for two people (average-sized, not large-sized people, or shower/bathroom would be a challenge). Though the street itself is very quiet, yet one block away from so much, and a great place to walk everywhere from, we did need to get earplugs to be able to sleep, because the inner door of the building (there are two), is literally inches from the front door of the apartment, and the inner door is impossible to shut quietly - it makes a lot of noise each and every time someone goes in and out. So, if you're not there to cook (much - small kitchen but serviceable), and love being in the Marais, and have earplugs, it's a great place to stay for two.

We had a great stay in this pied-à-terre in the heart of the Marais. My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had friends stay with us for six days. Since each of the two bedrooms has separate bathrooms we were quite comfortable when all four were present. We never felt crowded. The apartment is on an inside courtyard of an old thick-walled building off a lightly-used one-way street; it is VERY quiet. The black-out curtains also work well. The beds are very comfortable. While we did not cook formal dinners there was no reason we couldn't; the kitchen is well appointed with upgraded appliances. There's a modern laundromat about 100 ft down the street so we didn’t use the washer. The apartment is very conveniently located. A metro station is about a block away. There's a small well-stocked market about the same distance, a coffee shop with morning pastries next door, and a couple of excellent boulangeries very short walks. The manager, Fayçal, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed. A couple of things to be aware of: As mentioned, this is an old building, and the stairs are steep and narrow. It wasn't a problem for us (we're only 75) on a day-to-day basis, but getting our luggage up and down was an adventure. Fayçal did help us take the duffels up. The other thing is that the "master" bedroom can be quite dark, especially when the curtains were drawn. We found a flashlight helpful. We look forward to staying again!

The host Caroline was fabulous! The apartment was just big enough for me and my large suitcases, exactly what I needed. Loved having the kitchenette and coffee maker, I used both every day. I was able to do a load of laundry as well. Centrally located, could walk everywhere!

Apartment is perfect for two people wanting the perfect starting point for exploration of Paris. Vincent made us feel right at home. Hosts are so kind and helpful. We will be staying here next time we come to Paris!!
