Beautiful view and location
This house is very cozy and has a gorgeous view of the lake! This living area is comfortable and has enough amenities to make you feel at home! My only negative is the upstairs rooms are an odd design if you are not staying with family. You have to walk through the room with the king bed in order to access the other room (the view from that room is spectacular and has a patio that is very relaxing!!). So if you get up in the middle of the night you have to walk past others sleeping to access the bathroom. With that being said we had an a very good time!
Needing to be close to the hospital we needed a house. This house served the purpose. It is a well loved house and you can tell it is used by the family also for their enjoyment. Communication was great as we had a couple of questions at check in.The living room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was easy to use however missed serving dishes for any sit down meals. The view (no access) of the lake was nice but there are many power lines. The bedrooms were great for what we needed. Two of them are connected which allowed me to easily get up during the night to help with meds. The third bedroom is not in the house but up a flight of stairs above the detached garage in the front which was not ideal but helped when we needed the extra bed. Overall It was wonderful for our need of a house to rest and recover.
First off it’s an amazing home with an amazing view, the house was clean and gorgeous. Checking in was smoothe and any issues we had the host was there to make it better. We loved the room above the garage( which honestly put a microwave and a mini fridge and they could rent that thing out as a little room for a couple people just looking to get away and don’t need a kitchen. The not so good would be the need for better utensils and measuring cups and spoons. We needed those for cooking and there were two measuring spoons. The kayaks were there but need better back rests in them as they were were broken or missing pieces. The pics can be a little deceiving because the view looks like the water comes directly up to the backyard, but there is a large staircase that could use some TLC. I have complaints but the place is beautiful and hosted by someone very nice and considerate. We talked about GOING BACK!
