Just steps to the no-drive beach in a quiet neighborhood, this 3 bedroom 2 bath family home has a screened-in solar heated pool and all of the conveniences of home. Sit by the pool and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Or walk to the beach, we have beach towels and chairs here for you.
Bring your laptop and work from your vacation home. High-speed internet throughout the house for your many devices. Additional table and chairs are provided to set up a desk area.

Conventionally located a mile and a half from restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores. In a quiet adult neighborhood. The house is also wheelchair friendly with one step down to the pool or garage.

The kitchen is fully stocked with your cooking needs and has extras including a blender, tea kettle and Keurig machine.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV with internet connect Roku and an oversized master bath. Queen bed located in the second bedroom containing a flat-screen with internet-connected TV. Perfect for your Netflix and Hulu. The third bedroom has a flat-screen TV provided for gaming and has a Roku attached. There are shutters for privacy and WiFi is accessible throughout the house.

An outdoor gas grill is provided for outside use.

The house contains a washer and dryer along with linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool is checked and cleaned every Friday morning.

Security cameras are installed outside and in the garage for safety and security.

Beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, bicycles, and a wagon are provided for your enjoyment.

Hit the beach even faster with your grocery shopping completed and delivered to the home. The local Publix and Walmart will deliver groceries and extras to the house.

House rules: By booking, guests agree to enforce the following with their families and visitors:
- This is a family neighborhood there are to be no parties or loud music.
-Guests shall provide the names of people staying at the property prior to check-in so hosts and caretakers know who is staying. No additional overnight guests that are not included in the lease. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-No metal or glass objects in the pool including hair ties.
-No parties or events at the property.
-No smoking indoors or on the property.
-No parking or driving on the grass (there is a sprinkler system).
-Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Pool use at your own risk.
Required Property Damage Protection protects your vacation rental from accidental damage caused by guests. Up to $5k in coverage is available for items such as broken lamps, windows, and glass; electronics, damaged doors, walls, and furniture; stained bedding or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs. So don't worry you are covered, if something breaks just let us know so we can replace it for you or the next guest.

Minimum 30 day rental required. I know emergencies can happen if you must leave before the end of the 30 days. You will be refunded based on an adjusted nightly rate of $250 a night or less.

A Refundable House Rules Deposit of $500 has been implemented due to people renting and bringing in additional friends and family beyond the 6 person limit to stay in our home. All overnight guests must be listed on lease with a maximum of 6 people staying overnight in the house. Additional guests will result in the loss of the entire deposit. Additionally, the deposit will cover any excess cleaning and laundry left by guests. The deposit will be refunded after 1 week after check out when all rules are followed.
