All this located just a 75 min drive from the Orlando international airport and only a 1 hour from Disney World. Close to shopping, banking, restaurants, and medical, this recently updated two bedroom, two bathroom bright villa features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, BBQ, and spacious open concept living area. Walking distance to two pools and a short drive from dozens more. The front screened lanai is perfect for your morning coffee! Small pets considered on a case by case basis. We offer a twin sized roll away bed for overflow guests. A four-seater golf cart available for your exclusive use with the signing of a liability waiver and a copy of valid license. Don't miss out!

The Villages is an active 55yrs+ community. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods and family activities are provided. The Villages offers countless executive and championship of golf courses, free live music every night on the squares, entertainment galore, shopping, dining, and other fun recreational activities. You'll have access to resident ID's ($50 fee) and guest pass which will allow you and your guests to enjoy all amenities. Enjoy activities including yoga, water aerobics, line dance classes, karaoke, billiards, bocce, corn toss, darts, pavilions, pickleball tennis, shuffleboard, and table shuffleboard to name a few. The Villages offers over 50 executive golf courses, 3 of which are a short cart ride away. No excuse for boredom!

You are only a short car ride from many east or west coast beaches within two hours or less, including Clearwater/Tampa, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona, or go to Disneyworld, Cape Canaveral, and more.

The villages

It was the best experience. The owner was great to work with, fast and efficient communication. He was most patient with all my many questions and helpful information for getting familiar with all the villages has to offer. It really is in a great location with easy access to everything possible. And they have the best local property manager too!!

We fell in love with The Villages and it is our sincere hope that others enjoy it as well. We pride ourselves on good communication with our guests. When you rent from us, you become our personal priority. We will do our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Why they chose this property

The location is phenomenal. We love the short walk to our daily swim in the community pool where we always find someone to talk to. The golf cart drive to Lake Sumter Landing down the beautiful tree lined path is a special experience. There always seems to be something to do and the central location gives us access to both Florida coasts. Above all, the people in our neighborhood are incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away.

What makes this property unique

We liked the modern feel of the house particularly the lack of carpeting gives it a clean look. We are a close golf cart drive to both Lake Sumter Landing with its restaurants, walking paths and nightly music and the restaurants and shops along highway 466 which are also golf cart accessible.
