PALM BREEZE VILLA

EN ABRIL DE 2011 LAS PLAYAS DE PROVIDENCIALES FUERON VOTADAS AL NÚMERO "UNO" EN EL MUNDO! Estamos ubicados a solo minutos de las playas de Grace Bay ................. La propiedad está rodeada de muchas palmeras y follaje de la isla. La piscina y la cascada de agua proporcionan un ambiente relajante y tranquilo. Hay un muelle de 35 pies junto al canal, junto con una rampa para botes que facilita el acceso al canal para nadar o hacer kayak. La cocina al aire libre cuenta con encimeras de granito y una gran parrilla de acero inoxidable con quemador lateral y fregadero, ideal para una barbacoa.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size con baño privado y ducha. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen camas tamaño queen y comparten un baño con ducha y bañera. Esta habitación también tiene una lavadora y secadora. Cubiertas superiores y patios con pantalla en los porches que brindan una buena vista del océano y el canal.


En el nivel superior tiene la cocina, la sala y el comedor, con un medio baño, una cubierta completamente sellada en el lado del canal, y el frente de la casa tiene una gran cubierta de azulejos para tomar el sol, etc. La cubierta frontal superior de azulejos ofrece una hermosa vista al mar, donde puedes tomar el sol, ver las hermosas puestas de sol o simplemente relajarte y leer un libro.

El establecimiento se encuentra a pocos minutos de supermercados, estaciones de servicio, playas locales o las famosas playas y restaurantes de Grace Bay. Estamos a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

Perfect!

Our first trip and everything about this house is fantastic, owner and property manager were great and house was well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. We spent evenings on the dock and days but the pool and enjoyed every minute. House is conveniently located within 15min of everything.

Amazing Home!

Our group had a fabulous stay at Palm Breeze Villa! We were right on the canal with access to 2 kayaks. The pool with the trickling waterfall was delightful! We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch drinking our coffee in the morning, and our cocktails in the evening. The villa was very well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, beach towels, floats, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas. Jeano, our property manager, met us at the car rental, where we followed her to the villa. She showed us around and was very informative. Jeano was also very helpful when we were planning our day trip to North and Middle Caicos. I would highly recommend taking the ferry over, renting a car, and exploring the islands. The beaches and views were absolutely stunning! The owner Patty was also very helpful from start to finish. We would definitely stay at this villa again! Thank you Patty and Jeano for a phenomenal stay!

A little bit of paradise, a little bit of heaven

From start to finish this was the best vacation rental I have ever used. Communication with Patty was excellent. I have never stayed in a rental that was so well appointed. Not only does the kitchen have everything you could need, the house also comes with everything you could need for the beach (including beach bags!) We were a family with 2 kids ages 4 and 6 and 4 adults. We used the pool every night and kayaked most evenings. The kids looked forward to the neighborhood kids coming out to see them when we kayaked. The house is located within a 15 minute drive to wherever you need to go. I thought not being within walking distance to places would be an issue, but it was like we had 2 different vacations....one a beach vacation and the other a quiet stay on the canal. I would recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting from Patty again.

Perfect home for family vacation!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation in TCI! Patty was great at communicating with us throughout. When we arrived, Jeano met us at the car rental and guided us to the house, which was very helpful. She literally went out of her way to help us, showing us the nearest grocery store and restaurants. And later in the week, when we locked ourselves out, Jeano drove all the way over to let us in! The house is absolutely beautiful! Well maintained and stocked, spacious, and air conditioned. The kitchen came equipped with all the needed cookware, cutlery, plates, coffee maker, blender, etc. The house also had a large cooler, several beach bags, beach chairs, umbrella, floats, and swim rings. All were in great condition. There were plenty of towels for home use and the beach- no need to bring anything. The pool was a great way to relax in the evenings. We used the grills to make dinner. We often sat out on the screened-in porches to enjoy the ocean breeze. We went kayaking (life vests provided) on the canal- so peaceful and relaxing! The entire neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. All of the Provo beaches are stunning. Our favorites were Leeward Beach and Coral Gardens. Sapodilla was a little crowded. We highly recommend taking a snorkeling trip- there are many companies. For local food, we recommend Omar’s, Chinson’s, and Caribbean Element. Baci’s is also great and doesn’t shut from 2-5 pm (despite what Google says).Definitely coming back again!

An amazing vacation!!!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. We cooked a few days - even did a little bbq for the 4th. Our kids loved the pool, they spent hours just relaxing and being lazy. It is centrally located - close to everything. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Little Things Make a Big Difference

We loved this place. The screened porches were lovely and we enjoyed a kayak trip one day. It was comfortable and had what we needed. It was very nice to have the little things that you don't get in every rental - plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, power strips on each nightstand, grills that worked, some pool games and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were lots of local magazines to give us information on the island. The pool was nice and the property was very private and quiet without feeling isolated. We'd love to come back again sometime in the future.

Excellent Home Rental

We had an Amazing stay at this house. Patty was excellent with all communications. The house was even better in person. Close to the airport, close to the hospital, and great location to go everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was perfect and we used the big grill by the pool. Sitting on the deck by the waterway every morning with coffee was the best way to start the day. Jeano was also so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this rental. Just sorry none of us had a pen to write a note in the guest book as well.

Golden Girls trip 2024

There were 4 ladies we all stayed here. It was absolutely perfect! Patty the host was so helpful for any questions from dinner res to all tips and trips to for the ultimate vacation. The house was spotless and had anything and everything we needed to have a great trip. Jeano her manager even met us at the airport and came to our car rental with us. We followed her to our place and she showed us all the tips and tricks. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Centrally located to everything. Thank you so much Patty and Jeano for all your help.

We were there middle of January for two weeks. Magement was awesome from meeting us at our car rental to the extras needed and also quick responses. House well equipped. Car rental is a must. I would rent this property in a heartbeat. Thanks Patty, Michaela and Jeano for all the help.

New Years Family Getaway

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.

The perfect holiday

The property was just as expected. The photos are spot on. We loved hanging out on the screened porch or down by the pool in the mornings or late evenings. The 2 kayaks were great to use on the canal. We saw some small fish and a turtle. The outdoor grill was great. Our favorite part of the island was the beaches. Highly recommend Sapodilla Bay. Not as busy as Grace bay and so beautiful. Beach chairs were available at the house but are definitely showing their wear as well as the beach umbrella. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. There were also several coolers available to pack a lunch. Both Miki and Jena were very helpful in answering questions and getting us set up. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect vacation!!

What a wonderful property!!! Well stocked, a private pool, kayaks, a family of turtles swimming by in the canal out back….what’s not to like? The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything you need. Highly recommend and will return!!!

Beautiful Villa

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

Great for our extended family

We stayed in the main villa with our daughter and grand children and we also rented the cute cottage on the property for our son and his wife. The setup was perfect for everyone to be together and to also have their own space. Patty was great communicating before our stay and Miki was great while we were there. She met us at the car rental agency (even though we were early) and answered our many questions while we were there. She even helped take some family photos.... The property is very centrally located but not on the main drag which is what we prefer. It is very well appointed and we would definitely would recommend it to others!

Great location

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

Awesome home with Private Pool

We went for a mother daughter vacation and we absolutely loved it here. Felt so comfortable the moment we got there. Very comfortable beds and the home was stocked well. A nice slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the private pool and the privacy this home brings. Wonderful managers! When our rental car hit a snag they were so helpful. Would totally come back.

Fun with Friends!

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

Great place for family stay in Turks and Caicos

Our group of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was prompt before and during our stay. We were met by one of the local managers, Miki, at our car rental place (Scooter Bob's- also recommended) and escorted to the place. The location was great, with access to the canal and central location to the beaches. The house was well stocked, with no major concerns. Overall, it is an excellent place to rent if you are looking for a quieter place away from the crowds of the Grace Bay area.
