PALM BREEZE VILLA

Huhtikuussa 2011 Providenciales BEACHES äänestettiin numero "yksi" maailmassa!! Olemme sijaitsee vain muutaman minuutin päässä Grace Bay BEACHES ................. Omaisuus on vuorattu monia palmuja ja saari foilage. Allas ja vesiputous on rentouttava ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Siellä on 35 jalka laituri kanavan yhdessä veneluiska pääset helposti syöttää kanavan uima tai melonta. Kesäkeittiö ominaisuuksia graniitti työtasot ja suuri ruostumattomasta teräksestä grilli Sivupoltin ja pesuallas, täydellinen BBQ. Makuuhuoneessa on queen size-vuode, kylpyhuone ja suihku. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta on queen size-vuoteet ja jakaa kylpyhuone suihkulla ja kylpyammeella. Tässä huoneessa on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja. Ylempiin kerroksiin ja patiot, näytön kuistit, jotka tarjoavat hieno näkymä merelle ja kanavalle.

Ylemmällä tasolla olet keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailuhuone, jossa puoli kylpyhuone, täydellinen turvatarkastus kannen kanaalin puolella, talon edessä, jossa on suuri laatta kannen Suning jne. edessä Ylempi laatta kannelle Antaa kaunis merinäköala, jossa voit ottaa aurinkoa, katsella kaunista auringonlaskua, tai vain rentoutua ja lukea kirjaa. Omaisuus on vain muutaman minuutin päässä supermarketit, huoltoasemat, paikalliset rannat tai tunnettu Grace Bayn rannoille ja ravintoloihin. Olemme noin 10 minuutin päässä lentokentältä. Perfect!

Our first trip and everything about this house is fantastic, owner and property manager were great and house was well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. We spent evenings on the dock and days but the pool and enjoyed every minute. House is conveniently located within 15min of everything.

Amazing Home!

Our group had a fabulous stay at Palm Breeze Villa! We were right on the canal with access to 2 kayaks. The pool with the trickling waterfall was delightful! We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch drinking our coffee in the morning, and our cocktails in the evening. The villa was very well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, beach towels, floats, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas. Jeano, our property manager, met us at the car rental, where we followed her to the villa. She showed us around and was very informative. Jeano was also very helpful when we were planning our day trip to North and Middle Caicos. I would highly recommend taking the ferry over, renting a car, and exploring the islands. The beaches and views were absolutely stunning! The owner Patty was also very helpful from start to finish. We would definitely stay at this villa again! Thank you Patty and Jeano for a phenomenal stay!

An amazing vacation!!!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. We cooked a few days - even did a little bbq for the 4th. Our kids loved the pool, they spent hours just relaxing and being lazy. It is centrally located - close to everything. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful Villa

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

Excellent Home Rental

We had an Amazing stay at this house. Patty was excellent with all communications. The house was even better in person. Close to the airport, close to the hospital, and great location to go everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was perfect and we used the big grill by the pool. Sitting on the deck by the waterway every morning with coffee was the best way to start the day. Jeano was also so helpful and nice. I highly recommend this rental. Just sorry none of us had a pen to write a note in the guest book as well.

Great location

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

Fabulous Discovery

Patty's was a great place to hang out with friends. Lots of sitting areas for book reading and alone time and great spaces for group dining and games. Short drives and easy access to beaches and grocery stores.

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

New Years Family Getaway

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.

Little Things Make a Big Difference

We loved this place. The screened porches were lovely and we enjoyed a kayak trip one day. It was comfortable and had what we needed. It was very nice to have the little things that you don't get in every rental - plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, power strips on each nightstand, grills that worked, some pool games and more. The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were lots of local magazines to give us information on the island. The pool was nice and the property was very private and quiet without feeling isolated. We'd love to come back again sometime in the future.

We were there middle of January for two weeks. Magement was awesome from meeting us at our car rental to the extras needed and also quick responses. House well equipped. Car rental is a must. I would rent this property in a heartbeat. Thanks Patty, Michaela and Jeano for all the help.

Excellent Getaway

We had an excellent vacation. This property was very clean. Patty helped us from the day we reserved the house to make sure we had all our questions answered. It is in a quiet area and watching the sunrise from the screened in deck was great! The location is great, we were only a 5-10 minute drive to most things we wanted to do on the island. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Perfect place for first visit to the Turks & Caicos

Really enjoyed the house and the grounds of Palm Breeze Villa. Sitting in the upper veranda first thing in the morning watching the sunrise while sipping a coffee and listening to the rooster across the canal greet the morning was a real treat. The pool was a real bonus as it allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and the pretty much all day sun. The accommodations were clean and just right for the occasion. Thank you, Patty, for allowing us to use your vacation home, it was a real treat.

Awesome home with Private Pool

We went for a mother daughter vacation and we absolutely loved it here. Felt so comfortable the moment we got there. Very comfortable beds and the home was stocked well. A nice slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the private pool and the privacy this home brings. Wonderful managers! When our rental car hit a snag they were so helpful. Would totally come back.

Great price, great home.

Great price, great home. Both the property manager and the local support was incredible. Constant communication at a time of need. We got caught in the storms in the Northeast over the Christmas holiday and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to where we needed safely and that they supported us throughout our entire stay.

Best VRBO Experience

The checkin process was seamless thanks to Miki who picked us up from the car rental place and gave us a tour. The house is spectacular and clean with fresh flowers waiting. The location is close to Grace Bay and The Bight, which were the 2 main places we would go. The pool was relaxing and needed after a day at the beach or to start our day. Everything was as listed, and we would love to return!

Golden Girls trip 2024

There were 4 ladies we all stayed here. It was absolutely perfect! Patty the host was so helpful for any questions from dinner res to all tips and trips to for the ultimate vacation. The house was spotless and had anything and everything we needed to have a great trip. Jeano her manager even met us at the airport and came to our car rental with us. We followed her to our place and she showed us all the tips and tricks. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Centrally located to everything. Thank you so much Patty and Jeano for all your help.

A little bit of paradise, a little bit of heaven

From start to finish this was the best vacation rental I have ever used. Communication with Patty was excellent. I have never stayed in a rental that was so well appointed. Not only does the kitchen have everything you could need, the house also comes with everything you could need for the beach (including beach bags!) We were a family with 2 kids ages 4 and 6 and 4 adults. We used the pool every night and kayaked most evenings. The kids looked forward to the neighborhood kids coming out to see them when we kayaked. The house is located within a 15 minute drive to wherever you need to go. I thought not being within walking distance to places would be an issue, but it was like we had 2 different vacations....one a beach vacation and the other a quiet stay on the canal. I would recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting from Patty again.

Palm Breeze Villa

Palm Breeze was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and her family. Everything was as stated and pictured on the website. It was clean and we had plenty of room and had all we needed to be comfortable. Our daughter, her husband and 11 and 8 year old boys arrived a few hours before we did and Miki was kind enough to make two trips to the airport and car rental to meet each group. We had a great stay at the villa.
