Great location for all local transportation, an abundance of restaurants for all tastes. Plenty of destinations for day trips to enjoy. Terrace was a bonus for outdoor eating, drinks overlooking the beautiful gardens. Only downside was disturbance early hours of morning with noise and music in the streets below although this was outweighed by our enjoyment of the penthouse

An ideal spot to soak in every aspect of the lovely city of Nice. I stayed for a month while doing a French immersion program nearby and this apartment was an absolute delight. Anders and his team were attentive and easy to communicate with at every step of the process. The apartment had all the amenities you might need. The terrace - a hard to find feature in this city - was charming with lovely plantings and a magnificent view of the park.The apartment is on the edge of the old town, which I found to be perfect. There is a lot of hustle and bustle anywhere you might stay in the old town - and indeed there are some dance clubs on this street and the weekends can be lively, but it is mostly quiet. It is also just adjacent to the serene park that separates the old and the new sections of Nice, and just near a charming tram stop - silent mostly save for the occasional Thomas the tank style chime - making it incredibly convenient for anywhere you'd like to go on the Cote d'Azur. The people watching on the pedestrian walkway in the park is amazing as well.I loved staying here and hope to be able to rebook anytime I am lucky enough to go back to Nice! Thank you Anders!
