Very nice house, plenty of room for five adults on the work trip. The only complaint is that this house does not have a lot of essentials such as pots, pans, paper supplies etc.

Excellent location, close to Disney, with plenty of space

My mom is wheelchair bound most of the time. This home has a downstairs master, with a very low shower threshold. The living area downstairs was also perfect for her to get around in her chair. This made for an awesome vacation!

The home was very nice and clean. Could use more towels in the bathrooms. Bruna was very nice to work with and she was very helpful with any questions we had and always got right back with us. Very nice home to stay in.

Family Wedding

Our family of 11, 3 separate families stayed in home. Had plenty of room for all of us, wonderful having bathroom in each bedroom. We had plenty of room to each of private space as well. Great week celebrating our nephews wedding!

Beautiful and Spacious Home

We shared this home with 3 other families for a volleyball tournament. The house was big enough that everyone had their own area so you never felt like you were in someone’s space and we LOVED that each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Highly recommend this home if traveling with a large group. Clean and tastefully decorated as well.

Very nice house

The house was good for us but we did have issues with the pool. We had to pay a fee to heat the pool but that never really happened. Although the owner refunded the fee, the pool was too cold to use most of time. What little heat we had would instantly stop if we turned the jets on for the spa. On a hot summer day this might not matter as much but it did for us in March.

The house was not clean, floors so dirty our feet were black after an hour of walking barefoot INSIDE. No mop to clean, I messaged the owner through the app, after a few request for assistance she stopped responding and we still had nearly a week left. The dining room and couch cushions were also quite stained and appear very dirty. This is dirt from not cleaning over time. The mirrors weren’t clean. The mattresses were killer on our backs. We woke up with back pain. The bathroom on the first floor had a small smear of feces in the wall, which is obviously very concerning from a sanitation standpoint. Items in the pool area from previous guests. Dryer needs 140 minutes to dry a light load never mind towels. The kitchen sink faucet leaks and water travels the length of the counter if you don’t catch it. Toilet in room 1 missing one of the buttons to flush. The pool gate posts are rusted and leaning; smoke detector removed and stuffed in a drawer, both which are a safety concern. For the amount of money I paid, this did not met my expectations at all!

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa

Our family of 5 stayed in this lovely villa in July 2022. We have stayed in many similar villas and can safely say this was one of our best ever stays. The villa is beautiful, very well equipped and Sonoma is an excellent complex. Bruna was very helpful, and was a fantastic host. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good base in Kissimmee.

Luxury family getaway

The house overall is great. They should upgrade all their mattress though ,very basic and hard. The living room furniture same as well, aesthetically pleasing but flat and not so comfy. If they changed those few things we would definitely use again.
