Location was great with easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches. Old town Nice was a pleasant 8-10 minute walk. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Mountain and sea.

Phenomenal location. Right on the beach, balcony view of ocean and mountains, and rooftop pools were amazing. Inside entry walls of apartment can use some work (paint was peeling after a water leak), but apart from that, the apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Great view, great access to old town

The location is great, the view is great We didn't have any heat or cooling. There were renovations going on on both sides of us and the noise was awful. No need for an alarm clock. We were shaken out of bed by jack hammers.

Royal Luxembourg Studio Apartment

Location of the Apartment is fabulous with views over the Mediterranean and close to excellent local amenities. The booking of the Apartment, key pick up and return and service from Nestor and Jeeves was excellent. The Apartment could do with some updating, decoration and a good deep clean. However, it was very pleasant and met our needs.

Agréable séjour

La localité, la piscine sur le toit, la vue, les prestations de l'appartement, confort, modernité, beau balcon, la salle de bain. La literie pourrait être améliorée et il existe un problème d'insonorisation externe.
