Perfect!

Stayed at Ronell's place for a 8 night business trip with my spouse. Convenient to everything needed for a short rental. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store all walking distance. Othe reviews stated parking was a issue. It was NOT for me all week. Once or twice had to park maybe 2 houses down but a short walk is good for the soul. The washer and dryer are working and located in the unit.Owner is improving the rental with landscaping and upgrades. Furniture is new and beds are comfortable. Ronell will also provide you with great places to eat and sights to see.This is my new place to stay in NOLA!

Impeccably clean, well-maintained, pleasant apartment with good light, large, equipped kitchen & great a/c. Nice, responsive owner. Very nice area w/great grocery store - including good hot food buffet just 3 blocks away. Bus stop at corner for 1.25 one hour ride to Jazz Fest fairgrounds or bit longer to French Quarter. Exceptional Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and responded quickly. The unit was lovely- clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we could want. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and stores, including a great neighborhood market, all within easy walking distance. And the rest of New Orleans is a short drive. We highly recommend this wonderful place. We’ll definitely stay again.

Birthday trip to New Orleans, LA

My mom, sister and & I booked this apartment for a birthday trip & we weren't disappointed. The flat was clean, spacious, modern, everything you'd want on vacation. We were ecstatic. The owner we dealt with (Ronell) was friendly, and communication was excellent (via Vrbo messages) Only a 15 min drive from Bourbon ST, restaurants galore, bars across the Rd, it’s ideally situated. We will definitely be visiting again!

We had a great stay at this property!! The location was great and the condo was very clean. We had great communication with the owner and had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to allow more of a range on the AC temp. Otherwise a great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Perfect New Orleans Experience

Amazing location, walkable to everything you could need, plus a well appointed unit with everything you need. Lakeview is the perfect location for both staying in and getting to all the NOLA Hotspots for a great vacation. Ronell is an excellent host with a great property. We have already sent this listing to a friend for spring break and we will definitely be booking for future trips!

Safe stay for family with children

The property was within a quiet family-oriented neighborhood & a safe walking distance to several coffee shops, parks, restaurants, ice cream, hot yoga, Walgreens & grocery. Quiet and safe. Took a few short strolls to get coffee and back with the kids. A great location just a 20 minute drive to French Quarter/ tourist area.

Excellent place with an Excellent host! Very clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The host is very nice and communicates very quickly. Even called us to let us know we forgot an item when we checked out and put it where we could easily pick it up. Would definitely stay again and again!

Felt like home.

Clean, well designed, home like feeling, and amazing communication from the property owner. The property is located in a great location. Yes parking is on the street but I never had an issue. The area is quite but right near a grocery and tons of places to eat. I hope to have the need to come back and stay again.

Lakeview is a very practical place if you want to visit FQuarter by bus and streetcar (about 1 hour and touring).

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Pictures are extremely accurate. There was plenty of room for us. Ronell was extremely friendly and such a great host. The neighborhood was beautiful and everything we needed was in walking distance, including great restaurants, a grocery store etc. and city park is so close! Would definitely stay here again and can't recommend enough

Fantastic - Don't look any further.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronell's place. Ronell was one of the best hosts that I've worked with. He was quick with all of his replies to us, whether it be via VRBO email or text. He checked on us to make sure things were going well and he added extra touches that we appreciated! Location was near a street with many places to eat, and a grocery store. Parking was directly in front of the building every night and easy to move between one end of the city to the opposite end. I would choose this place again, when I return to New Orleans.

Great place in lovely Lakeview

I grew up in NOLA and love the Lakeview neighborhood. This place is spacious, bright and airy, super clean and quiet. Great local grocery and restaurants a five minute walk. Try Joey's on Harrison. I managed without a car, using uber and the street cars. A car would be nice, but don't take it all the way downtown. Park on canal streeet and use the street car. It's a wonderful place with kind, responsive hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans. In an upscale area, there were great restaurants and a full-service grocery store within walking distance away. Just a short drive to the north is Lake Pontchartrain with great restaurants as well. The French Quarter is minutes away by car. One day we drove a couple of miles and parked our car so we could take the streetcar to town. It was a great way to see the sights on the trip to town and eliminated the sometimes costly parking in the Quarter. The home is decorated beautifully, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with the basic cooking needs (even though we mainly ate out with the abundant choices nearby).
