The house was great and the pool amenities were fantastic! Loved being able to go to different pools around the community! Other than a small issue during check in, the communication with the host was good. We did have a couple issues with the dishwasher and refrigerator during our stay but the host was helpful with some of these issues. We did witness a heated argument with our neighbor and some other guests in the area that was alarming to our small children but other than that the community was wonderful! Very lovely stay!

Two days before we left for our trip, we received an email with instructions, which was great. But, it also stated if we wanted the pool to be heated it was an extra 45 per day and if we wanted to use the grill it was an extra 50 for the week. No where in the property details did it state that those two things weren't included, actually it states that all fees included "no hidden fees". Eventually they agreed and gave us the heated pool and use of the grill for the week for no additional charge. Unfortunately the pool did not heat up until day 3 of our stay.Also, the kitchen did not have sufficient supplies: no dish towels or dish rags, not enough dish soap and dishwasher soap for the week. One roll of paper towels was supplied along with one roll of toilet paper for the bathrooms. Again, not enough. We had to purchase everything which I've never had to do before. Every rental we've used in the past came sufficiently supplied. This was very disappointing. We did enjoy the community pools, that was the best thing about this rental. Unfortunately, we will not return to this rental again.

We would like to clarify that pool heat and grill usage fees are disclosed in the listing details prior to booking. They are optional add-ons rather than hidden charges, which is why they are not included in the base rate. We understand that these items are important to many guests, and as a courtesy we agreed to waive those fees for your stay. Regarding the pool heat, once activated it can take 24–48 hours (sometimes longer depending on outside temperatures) for the water to reach the desired temperature. While we regret that it did not feel fully heated until day three, this timing can vary based on weather conditions and system cycles. As for supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials (paper products, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc.), which is standard practice for vacation rentals. These items are intended to cover initial use rather than the full duration of longer stays. We understand that different guests have different expectations, and we appreciate the feedback. We always strive to be transparent and responsive, and we’re sorry that this stay did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments are valuable and help us continue improving the guest experience.

Cons The house did not have essential cleaning items like a vacuum. Dishwasher was dirty and residue was stuck on the dishwasher, we couldn’t use it. House was not 1 min away from Disney - it was more like 23 mins. Using barcode to enter complex was very frustrating. Didn’t always work properly. Renters need to know to bring ALL cleaning products. Pros Spacious and clean house. Host was great and very responsive.
