The communication, check in and out process and convenience of the location are a 5/5! The reason why we said a 4 is because the beds were not as comfortable as we anticipated from the reviews and we felt the carpet really needed to be replaced.

Having all the baby essentials available was a huge help, it saved us from having to lug everything with us and it made our trip so much easier. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made the stay even better.
