Enjoy spectacular unobstructed views of the open bay just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean beach with the benefits all the fun being on the open bay. This home has a Weber natural gas grill, large inground heated pool, and outdoor shower. Every detail planned & designed for that special family vacation spot that memories are made of. Three of the bedrooms have large sliding doors that open up to a balcony with views of the open bay. Sit back relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning or unwind and watch the beautiful magnificent sunset in the late afternoon. All bathrooms are brand-new with custom tiles and fixtures. Large private dock perfect for fishing, crabbing, and paddle boarding which are included in this rental. Washer and dryer on the first floor. Automatic retractable awning that covers the patio overlooking the pool if you feel you need a break from all the fun and sun. Enjoy the beautiful lush green landscape loaded with endless summer hydrangeas, crape myrtles, and day-lily’s. And don’t forget to listen to your favorite tunes on the outdoor surround sound Sonos system. This house was designed with entertainment and high end luxury in mind. You won't find many rentals of this caliber. Included are 6 bicycles, private beach access, kayaks, and beach chairs.

Jersey Shore family vacation

Five of us stayed a week at this lovely home right on the water (bayside). Neighborhood was quiet and it was a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. We spent most of our time on the back deck, pool and bay. Owner was easy to work with and responsive to our questions.

Best host and home!

Dr. Khalaf is an extremely amenable host. His home is impeccable, clean, spacious and the views are out of this world. Between the pool, the kayaks, the bikes, the paddle board and the buffet full of games - we were never bored. My kids had so much fun, and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the gorgeous sunsets. We have rented before, but never had such a kind and agreeable host…I even got a text to remind me about garbage collection. Not only do we highly recommend this property but we would love to come back very soon!
