Easy drive to Newport, Providence, Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol. Boston And Cape Cod are only an hour's drive. Near by bike trails and vineyards.
The space
Waterfront Paradise Above the Cove is a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd level of a 2 level/2 family house. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the LEFT lane of the driveway. You will have a private entrance to the private apartment from the outdoor staircase leading to the 2nd floor deck.

The driveway is shared with the downstairs apartment and you may pass other guests on the beach. There is a washer/dryer for your own use under the deck, where the water toys are kept and you will share access to the outdoor open air shower.

The house has direct access to the water, handy to launch a kayak or float around, though not a sandy beach. Bring swimming shoes to explore the tranquil water and rocky terrain. Or relax on a beach chair with your toes in the water during low tide. Then move up to the deck to watch the water rise all the way up to the seawall during high tide.

The smart TVs include Hulu Live TV, ESPN+ and Disney+ for your viewing pleasure!

The large deck affords front row seating to the cove and views of spectacular sunsets over the bridge. There is a comfy set of outdoor seating furniture and a BBQ.
Guest access
Guests will park in the driveway designated for "B". The access to the unit is up the stairs by the driveway to the private deck running the length of the home. They'll enter from the deck by the instructions provided after confirmation of booking.
Other things to note
The property is equipped with 2 adult size bikes and 2 small kids size bikes. There are also two kayaks for you to use and if you so choose as well as other water toys.

This property is located directly on the water; there is no barrier to prevent children or animals to walk right down to the water. Please be mindful of younger children.

Blue Bill Cove is commonly used for water toys by the houses on the cove and by locals. Yes, you can swim there but if you're looking for a sandy beach, you'll want to go to Grinnells Beach across the street, or drive into Middletown or Newport (10 to 15 min).
