We love this property, not only because of the location and facilities of Terra Verde but because Tammy is a fantastic host, the house is just what we need for a lovely holiday, welcoming, clean and well equipped with a lovely hot tub for relaxing after a busy day!! We had a great stay for our Disney trip. Close to everything and enjoyed the property greatly. Steps away from the pool and clubhouse where we enjoyed laying out and relaxing in the pool during the day and enjoyed the hot tub on the patio at night. The entire stay was peaceful and relaxing

Everything was perfect - we are a retired couple who stayed for 10 days and never found anything negative to say about it. The comfort of the furniture, the quality of the fixtures & fittings, and the full range of equipment was all in excellent condition and everything worked as it should. Highly recommended and we would not look anywhere else on our next trip.

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath with screened in Lanai and hot tub

Nice town home located right next to the clubhouse with the large pool, playground, sports equipment and tiki bar with sandwiches etc Excellent location on the large property. Enjoyed our stay You will too

We’ve had a fantastic holiday at this home, Tammy was quick to respond with any questions, information given for check in was really comprehensive and the house is beautifully maintained by both Tammy and a lovely management company who we had contact with just the once, but were so helpful and speedy with their response to our question. The hot tub is the best we’ve had on our many visits to florida and we will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip. Thank you Tammy for sharing your home with us.

Pleasant Dreams

The beautiful condo was very clean and well decorated. We were especially impressed with the showers. They had great water pressure and were very clean. The spa was nice, along with the private patio that overlooked the lake. The furniture inside and out was very nice. Tammy was a wonderful host.

Villa in Terra Verde

Villa was clean and tidy and was in a great location close to the clubhouse. The owner Tammy kept us well informed during the Hurricane and answered all my questions very promptly . I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to other guests.

Lovely Town Home.

We had a great stay at this home. Check in was easy, and the home was very clean. Practically right next door is a nice pool. The complex is gated and secure. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the master bedroom furniture only had one night stand, but the bed was really comfy. Very close to all the attractions. I have stayed in many properties, and would absolutely recommend this one.

Great stay

Townhouse is nice and clean. Communication is extremely timely. Cell service and internet are spotty. Location is good, but Orlando traffic is terrible. Not the owners fault, but plan extra time to get around. I would choose this property again. It was great for this occasion.

Excellent Property & Resort

The property was well equipped and had everything you needed and even more. Cable tvs in all bedrooms and ceiling fans. Games and books, even bathroom scales to weigh the suitcases. Hot tub and garden furniture was a big plus. The property was clean. Tammy was an excellent host and asked all questions. The swimming pool was yards from the townhouse. The resort was very secure with 24 hour manned gatehouse and in a great location. We will book again next summer and recommend it.

Ok rental

Had a few issues with the rental. Spent a day without AC in 95 degrees weather so definitely changed our feelings on the rental. The owner did get it fixed the next day. Overall not bad for the price but we probably won’t rent this house again.

I have a proactive maintenance schedule in place for the AC due to fact that the high temperatures in central Florida require the AC to be on 24/7. Unfortunately there is no way to predict or control when occasional repairs ate required. I’m sorry you felt I deserved a 3 star rating based on an unforeseen problem with the AC that you only reported to me at 10pm when you returned to the property that was repaired by 1pm the next day.

The property is well equipped and has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Terra Verde is a community that is well maintained and provides a swimming pool and other recreational activities. The host is excellent to work with an provides timely communications that you would expect from your host.
