Very spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The host is friendly and very responsive. Close to parks and a short walk to nearby groceries and pharmacy. I would recommend.

We stayed here for 9 nights and all I can say is that this place was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was so easy. I would message and receive a response within 10 minutes or less. The beds were comfortable, clean and tons of extra blankets, pillows, towels. The place is bigger than I expected and it is directly across from the community room and pool which was so nice. We used the pool every single day and met some really nice people there. The location is PERFECT. Maximum 15 minutes from any Disney park and tons of stores and restaurants within a 2 minute drive. We did not have any issues. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we can't thank the hosts enough! We will absolutely be booking again for our next Orlando trip :)

We booked this condo to take a little vacation and go to the theme parks. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable away from home. The hosts were available whenever and were also very kind. We definitely would book again!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Bluebird Villa. The house was very clean, open, and modern. The owners were incredibly attentive and responded to inquires almost immediately and went out of the way to ensure we were satisfied. On arrival there was a small wasp nest that had been started, we reached out to see if it could be taken care of because of severe allergies. Derek and Lauren had someone out within an hour to spray and remove the nest; at 11pm because we had come in late that evening. That’s the kind of care they put into ensuring our stay was delightful! The house also had actual everyday supplies like seasoning, extra trash bags and dish detergent, as well as plenty of towels for both the shower and pool use, toilet paper and paper towels. The proximity to food and Disney World is amazing and it was very simple to get to Universal as well. Highly recommend the villa for accommodation for a trip to Kissimmee!
