The fully air-conditioned villa sleeps eight people in FOUR bedrooms, each with closet. (No pull-out sofa bed to increase guest capacity). The master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress) own bathroom w/pool access & walk-in closet is located on one side of the house, and three double bedrooms (2 Twins, 1 Queen, 1 Twin/1Double Up/Down) and a full bath are located on the other, providing additional privacy.
A fully-equipped Kitchen with dining for 8 overlooks the lounge area (living) and pool area. (When we say 'fully-equipped' we don't mean to typical vacation home standards [some have only a couple of pots and plates], we mean ready to prepare full meals, with all of the dishware, cutlery you need, plus a set of acrylics for use on the lanai!)
The lounge area opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks our professionally-maintained, private pool completely covered by a screened enclosure to keep out insects and debris. The yard is landscaped to provide beauty and privacy from neighbours. Large spaces between homes allows you to relax... not in a fishbowl, but not too alone. A separate entrance gives access to the pool from the master bath. Out of the pool and right into the shower to warm up and rinse off!

• One week bookings may include either Christmas Eve through Boxing Day (the day after Christmas), or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but not both. In other words, one week (or less) bookings MUST have an arrival or departure date on December 27th through December 29th. This is done to leave a full week available around the unbooked holiday for other guests to book.
• Bookings which fail to meet this criteria, regardless of length, will be subject to a minimum charge of two weeks/fourteen nights. In other words, a guest could book only six nights, for example December 26th to January 1st, but would be subject to the minimum fourteen nights charge because the booking leaves no holiday dates for others to book.
• The minimum periods/charges apply to any additional or extra options added to the rental.

We are Robert & Donna. We are a friendly, outgoing couple from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in Western Canada. We have been married for 36 years. Robert designs and builds new homes, and Donna is highly successful as a salesperson of travel trailers and huge fifth-wheels. Robert is a creative whiz with a strong design and writing orientation, and Donna is also a master chef with a huge library of cookbooks, and a very strong artistic and creative flair as well. We LOVE travelling in Florida, and love our villa located just south of Walt Disney World.

We have three (now) adult children, the eldest who worked as a cast member at Epcot in Disney's International Program for a year.

Why they chose this property
We first stayed in the area in 2003, and completely fell in love with the place! I timed the drive from the driveway to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom, and it was under fifteen minutes, yet the villa was located in a very quiet and safe conservation sub-division, that was really hidden out of the way. The homes in the area were not built with no personality and right on top of each other like so many vacation rental developments are. As business owners we were intrigued by the aspects of running a vacation rental business, and began watching the real estate listings for the home we had stayed in, and when it came up for sale (six years later), we bought it! The conservation subdivision where our home is located has a good mix of owner residents and vacation homes, so the area is safe and kept in good repair. It is very beautiful, designed around a central 40 acre lake, and is very pleasant for a morning or evening stroll, when one can enjoy many birds, the odd small wildlife and a pleasant 'Hello' from neighbours.

What makes this property unique
Like our other property, there is an absolute joy that permeates this villa. Part of this is due to the fact that we have been able to have a personal hand in every part of the property's interior through the major interior renovation we undertook in 2012. And we've continued that with outdoor renovations this year, creating the widest pool deck in the area!
Our lanai overlooks our enclosed pool, which looks out to the rear yard, an open area featuring lawn and a large oak tree decorated with hanging Spanish moss. The villa is quiet, comfortable and relaxing, yet it is within 15 minutes drive of everything Walt Disney World has to offer, and Universal Studios, Sea World, (20 minutes) and the new LegoLand (30 minutes) theme park are all close by as well. Beyond that there are all of the shopping, dining and golf opportunities that one would expect in the No.1 tourist destination in the world! Daytona Beach, Tampa, Clearwater Beach, the Kennedy Space Center are all about an hour's drive away. We have used the villa as a launching point to explore so much of Florida's incredible natural and cultural amenities.
One of the unique benefits our guests enjoy is the very professional level of management and care we bring to the operation of our villa. Each of our guests receive their own personalized web page from which to manage their reservation, allowing them to confirm details, make payments, and download custom maps and other documents we have prepared for our guests, including a detailed home manual. In addition to this, our guests receive a pass code to order genuine theme park tickets online at the guaranteed best price (without hassle or timeshare presentations) which can then be delivered right to the villa (free of charge in some cases)! Our lanai overlooks our enclosed pool, which looks out to the rear yard, an open area featuring lawn and a large oak tree decorated with hanging Spanish moss. The villa is quiet, comfortable and relaxing, yet it is within 15 minutes drive of everything Walt Disney World has to offer, and Universal Studios, Sea World, (20 minutes) and the new LegoLand (30 minutes) theme park are all close by as well. Beyond that there are all of the shopping, dining and golf opportunities that one would expect in the No.1 tourist destination in the world! Daytona Beach, Tampa, Clearwater Beach, the Kennedy Space Center are all about an hour's drive away. We have used the villa as a launching point to explore so much of Florida's incredible natural and cultural amenities.
