Great location. Everything you could want or need was provided by host. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Third floor walk up was difficult with luggage but still worth the stay.

Thank you to Mr. Fabio and Monica for being excellent hosts! Thank you for the breakfast items! We had a very chaotic travel to Venice and they were supportive throughout the whole process. The apartment is wonderful and in a very convenient location in San Marco Square. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely return if we are ever in Venice again. This place is both nostalgic and modern. High and painted ceilings, spacious, and minutes away from San Marco. The place is spotless. The host and her aide are wonderful. The laundry was useful. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast, coffee, and drinks. The host really went above and beyond. This place is perfect. Grandma had a problem with the stairs, so it's not for those with mobility concerns. For the rest of the family, it is superb! The host, staff, location, and the unit itself are all great. Highly recommended.

Exceptional communication with the host and staff via WhatsApp. They provided pictures showing the entire way from the San Marco pier to the property. Made it way easier to find and it is a short walk with no steps or bridges to traverse.Great property, location, amenities, host and price. Perfect location, perfect vacation

This property is wonderful. Spacious, sleeping for 5, washer/dryer, drinks in fridge, the host thought of everything. The location is right next to San Marcos square and in easy walking distance to everything. We were so pleasantly surprised and loved our stay.

This apartment was incredible. The location was PERFECT and close to everything. The host communicated above and beyond with me regarding travel to the apartment.
