Our apartment is u in Le Lavandou, between Toulon. St. Tropez, above the harbor overlooking the islands of Hyères, sea and hills. A few minutes walk from the village center, shops and beaches.
12 beaches with different types of sand and small bays alternate. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks and hiking and especially in Hintelrand few buildings. Good cycling paths enable interesting excursions such. As the botanical garden of Le Rayol. By ferry you can go to the islands, z. B. Port-Cros, with its great natural and protected marine areas.
You will surely feel in our renovated apartment equal ease. Living room with dining area and a comfortable couch that can Wedren used as a bed. 2 bedrooms., One with 2 beds one with queen-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower. Toilet, guest toilet. Nice balcony with marquise which protects u from too much sun. Patio furniture. Garage.
We love the apartment fully equipped and furnished.
We ourselves are a few months a year in the apartment and then here at home. Similarly, we want to make our guests feel at not in an anonymous apartment, but at home.
From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea; from there you can see how the colors of the sea can be varied and may change as the movement of water. Again and again, a fascinating spectacle.

This is a very well equipped and lovely appartment. Really everything you can think of is in the appartment. The beds are good, the airco is great and the view wonderful. Suzanne, the owner is very kind and always helpful. Best place we have had in years.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location overlooking Mediterranean

What can I say but Wow!! From the moment we arrived we knew we made a great decision when booking this apartment for 1 week in August. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly and provides all of the necessary information for a pleasant stay. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and it truly felt like a home away from home. The air conditioning was also very useful as the temperature in Lavandou this week was quite hot ( 30-35c ) . Very quite and clean and no more than 5 minute walk from beach and town centre. The view from the large balcony over the harbour is superb and we found it very relaxing to just sit out in the evening for dinner and watching the sunset, one night we were lucky to have viewed what felt like our own personal fireworks display. Parking is also provided onsite which was a bonus. This was our first visit to La Lavandou and I was very pleased with how relaxed and family friendly the town is. There are some excellent restaurants to choose from and shops to explore. The beach is large and not overcrowded, probably the best i've been to in Cote d'Azur. I would recommend a visit to Bormes Les Mimosas which is less than 10 minute drive and also a boat trip to Porquerolles. There is so much to see and do I cannot write in this review so I will just say if you are looking for a relaxing enjoyable holiday I would highly recommend Lavandou and more importantly this wonderful apartment.... Ein Feriendomizil in das man gerne wiederkommt

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser schnuckeligen Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon, von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hafen sowie Strand und Küste hat. Die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzerin hat die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, man fühlt sich darin auf Anhieb wohl und würde auch gerne noch länger bleiben. Gute Betten und einen schönen Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer tragen weiter zum Geniessen bei. Auch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk findet man vor und Sauberkeit wird hier großgeschrieben. Es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden: Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck, Teller, Gläser etc. sprich, was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht und es gibt z. B. auch kostenloses Internet sowie deutsches Fernsehen. Le Lavandou bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger (auch ohne Auto) und wer gerne die Gastronomie aufsuchen möchte, findet Passendes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Hafen und ein kleines Zentrum mit seinen Lokalitäten sowie Shops erreicht man leicht zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus, eine Garage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region z. B. nach Saint Tropez oder Richtung Marseille. Eigentlich zu schade zum Vermieten, das sollte man selbst immer nutzen können. Zum Glück denken die Besitzer nicht so und geben die Möglichkeit, hier Erholung und Entspannung vom Alltag zu finden. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Wochen im März in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung verbracht! Der Blick über den Hafen und das Meer ist ganz wundervoll und aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Lage konnten wir selbst um diese Jahreszeit schon oft bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf dem sehr großen Balkon sitzen. Begeistert hat uns auch die im Preis enthaltene Telefon- und Internetflat. Der gesamte organisatorische Ablauf verlief vollkommen reibungslos! Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Eigentlich müsste ich schlecht bewerten,

damit die Nachfrage nicht steigt und ich nächstes Jahr problemlos wieder hin kann. Zunächst hatten wir mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin zu tun. Sie war sehr um uns bemüht und gab uns alle nötigen Informationen. Die Wohnung hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an überzeugt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein Begrüssungsgeschenk erwartete uns auch. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über den Hafen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum un dam Strand. Sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, so dass das Auto stehen bleiben kann. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort.

Very nice apartment

Good atmosphere, inside and outside. Well equipped: everything you need is there. Always a safe place for your car. Rooms are in good condition and very clean. Owner gives correct information and is helpfull. The best apartment I found in 20 years in Lavandou!
