WE ARE NEXT TO THE HOTEL, AND A 3-5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH (despite incorrect info printed on this site by VRBO). You will have KIAWAH RESORT PRIVILEGES to include swimming in the Resort pools. Not many properties offer these amenities. Though listed as "private pool," the Resort pools are not on our property but close- by in Night Heron Park and West Beach. Come vacation in our three bedroom Tennis Club Villa which sits on a secluded lagoon and is the closest villa to the footbridge access to the beach. We are located in the East Beach area of Kiawah Island very near the luxury Sanctuary Hotel and Spa.

Our home-away-from-home is gorgeous yet comfortable. Relax in the spacious, ground-floor unit with all the conveniences of home. Enjoy the bright, airy screened-in porch; watch the varied wildlife right at your window. Our villa sleeps six with a King bed and Posturepedic mattress in the Master Bedroom, and twin beds in the second. The third bedroom has a Queen and single bed.

We offer Kiawah Resort amenities, which means you will have free use of the pools at Night Heron Park (additional new pool for kids) and the pool in West Beach.

NIGHT HERON PARK POOL

The Nest is beautifully situated under the
live oaks in the heart of the island at Night
Heron Park. It offers counter service
breakfast, lunch and dinner with some
wonderfully prepared meals also available
for guests to take with them to finish at
home. Guests may also dine on-site either
indoors or on the expansive porch. The Nest
is fully stocked with logo apparel, gifts and
things for the whole family to better enjoy
their time on the beach, the pool or the
island in general. Of course, it has a great
selection of groceries including beer and
wine and a "locals" specialty section for our
guests' ultimate convenience. And it is home
to our very own bakery that is viewable from
the dining room as our pastry team prepares
the fresh baked goods offered on site.

A large children's pool at the Night Heron Park, complete with 27 water features including a dual speed slide and a kid's slide, approximately 190 feet of 'zero entry,' a total perimeter footage of 457 feet and a total square footage of approximately 8,500 sq. ft.

Night Heron's adult-friendly 5,233 sq. ft. pool with 304 perimeter footage, three 25 meter lap lanes and approximately 416 sq. ft. of 9-inch deep lounging area is the perfect place for quiet adult relaxation, lap swimming and aqua aerobics. The pool will also be used for swim lessons and select children's Kamp Kiawah activities.

WEST BEACH POOL
The third 4,760 sq. ft. pool (with 317 perimeter footage including approximately 90 feet of 'zero entry') is in West Beach adjacent to the West Beach Tennis Complex. The pool features both an adult section and a large play structure with nine water toys and two additional shallow water features for smaller children. It also includes a circular slide with a 90-foot run - the perfect amenity for guests staying in West Beach.You will also have door-to-door transportation and discounts on golf and tennis as well as advanced tee times. You will also have 24 hour Front Desk services, maintenance services 7 am to 11 pm, resort charging privileges, and complimentary trash service upon request. Our guests also enjoy preferred access to Nature and Chidren's programs and use of the West Beach Fitness Center. (None of these amenities are available to non-resort guests).

Enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen and wet bar and smart TV in the living room, TV in Master bedroom(both with cable) and books. Ceiling fans are located in the living room and porch. We have a full-size washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances and granite counters, as well as many other special touches.

We provide all linens and towels. Daily towel service is available. No Smoking and No Pets, please.
