BOEING BAY HIDEAWAY -LAKESIDE - CLEAN - WALK TO WATER - POOL- LAKE VIEWS

Sparkling clean cozy 3/2 vacation home. We have a Heated Pool (x-fee) for our winter vacationers. Boaters love this place. Close to launch. At the end of the day... jump in the pool and enjoy the sunset over the lake. Even go for a swim at night under the stars. Our home is located on the lake side north end of town. Walking distance to Mesquite Bay where you can kayak and/or paddle board. All the comforts of home. Sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate 8 at most. The twin beds are extra long, and the Master bed is a Cal King. Kitchen has all amenities. Outdoor covered grill. We also have flat screens TV's, WiFi, Cable and board games, ping pong and darts. We have a coyote safe doggie poo area for the safety of your pets. BBQ, Pergola by the pool (beautiful Travertine Tile), where you can sit and watch the sunset. We want our place to be your home away from home. Most all our guest come back every year. You won’t be disappointed!! 😎

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Make sure backyard is cleaned up of all personal items. If you have a dog please clean up after your pet.

It finally happened in 2018. We couldn't be more excited! We together are parents of 3, grandparents of 5, & cant forget our fur family...2 dogs.
Loving owning a vacation rental and all the joys that go along with it... Meeting new people and helping others to enjoy there vacationing at it best!

This house was perfect for us and our growing family. Nice clean, quiet neighborhood with lake views for beautiful sunsets. Drive to the boat launch is just around the corner. Couldn't have been any better.

What makes this property unique

We added a heater to our pool.... Best thing ever! We do charge a weekly fee for the heater. Believe me... Its worth every penny!
If heater is requested.... In the Winter months we keep our pool at 90*
