Gated fenced property. Two bedroom home with all appliances, Big screen TV, WiFi, Front screened porch, Large Lighted parking area for vehicles and boats with 110 outlets for charging boats.
Common area with Bar (Bring your own beverages) Refrigerator/ freezer, Pool table, Electronic Dart board, Corn hole court, Fire pit and Grilling area.
One block from Lake Kissimmee. Great area for fishing, boating, wildlife, sightseeing or just relaxing. Many local attractions a short distance from the resort.

I am originally from northern Indiana . I have been living in Florida for over 50 years. I enjoy Fishing, Snorkeling, Scuba diving and most other sports that involve being on the water and with nature.
Why they chose this property
Back to nature atmosphere. Quiet laid back neighborhood with people riding around on golf carts. Most people into fishing with Bass tournaments just about every weekend. Kissimmee state park 1/2 mile away.
