About this property

Cute and comfortable 3 bedroom home, 0.3 miles from the West Dennis Beach. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, front bedroom has two twins, and the back bedroom has a twin with a trundle. Master bedroom has window air conditioner, other two bedrooms have portable fans. All beds have pillows, comforters and extra blankets, but sheets and towels are not provided. Fireplaced living room. Front to back open kitchen - family room area, with slider opening to a deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. One full bath. Great enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold water and changing area.

There is an outdoor security camera present. It is located to the left of the house (as seen from the street) and covers the deck, partial front walk, and driveway.

Vintage Cape Cottage!

A step back in time - and a good one!! Brought back fond memories as soon as we walked thru the door! Perfect location for a wedding at the Lighthouse Inn. Very quiet neighborhood and the house had enough room for a small post wedding gathering of family. Added some more great Cape memories! Marc was very gracious with an offer for early check-in and late checkout. A great visit!

Very enjoyable

We had a great week in this home. The convenience of the property is excellent. We walked to west Dennis beach almost every day. The property was very clean and the open kitchen/living room was a great space for my young kids to hang out.

Cape Cod summer visit.

The house is very comfortable and well appointed for a Cape vacation. Great location, so close the beach and town. Would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you for making my stay very nice.

Enjoyable stay

This cottage was just what we were looking for - something that reminded me of my great-Aunt's when I was growing up. Including an outdoor shower! I enjoyed taking the kids (14, 12, 9) there to experience the cape. It is an older property, but that was apparent from the pictures. Everything was as stated in the description. We didn't walk to the beach, but could have. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Loved staying here and hopefully we'll be back someday.
