Newly (2012) rebuilt 1-bedroom cottage on Panoramic Hill--a beautiful walk down hidden staircases to UCB, less than 1/2 mile away. Directly across from the GG Bridge with Bay View. 700sqf, fully furnished and equipped with large private deck, new kitchen, bath, laundry, radiant heat. Utilities, internet, TV, blue-ray DVD/5.1 home theater included. Steps from hiking trails, UCB pool, Botanical Garden, the Elmwood. Surrounded by garden. Ideal for visiting scholar who wants a temporary quiet and inspiring home. We are only looking for tenants who need a furnished home. Rent is $945/week or $3,500/month all utilities included. Available April 19th to July 31st 2025.
