Hi Christina, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I’m truly sorry to hear that your check-in experience and stay didn’t meet expectations. That’s never what we want for our guests. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to find the address easily on Apple Maps and not to receive the door code promptly. We'll absolutely add clearer directions to our guide and recommend using Google Maps to help future guests navigate smoothly. We’re also reviewing our communication process to ensure no one is left waiting for access. Regarding the temperature and cleanliness issues — that’s deeply concerning. We want every guest to feel comfortable and safe, and it’s unacceptable that you encountered mold and pests. I’m escalating this immediately with our cleaning and maintenance teams. We're also investigating why your message through the app wasn’t responded to — that’s not how we aim to operate, and we sincerely apologize for the silence. Even though you found the house itself nice, we know that doesn’t make up for the discomfort you experienced. We'd love the chance to make this right. Please give our offices a call when booking again for a 15% discount. Thank you again for your honesty. Warm Regards, Jeeves Florida Rentals

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear the property’s location was convenient for your trip, but we're truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. The discrepancy with the floorplan and the condition of the TVs should have been addressed promptly, and we regret that our communication fell short during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can investigate and make necessary improvements, including retraining where needed. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re sorry to hear the home was not in perfect condition upon arrival. We’ve already addressed this with our cleaning crew to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Additionally, while we do not routinely stock personal toiletries, we understand this was an inconvenience and will review how this is communicated in our listings moving forward. We appreciate your honest feedback—it helps us improve and provide a better experience for future guests. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time, but we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Warm regards, Jeeves Florida Rentals

Hi Latia! Thank you for staying with Jeeves and for leaving us a review. The pool alarm is a Florida State Law and all of our homes do provide instructions on the wall beside the door on how to shut it off. We are so glad to hear otherwise that you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again in the future!
