Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles.
Unidad 33 es un dos dormitorios y dos baños con capacidad para seis personas máximo. Este condominio frente al golfo se encuentra en la Gran Torre, ubicada en el tercer piso, directamente frente a la hermosa playa de arena blanca con azúcar en el Golfo de México. La cocina está abierta con un bar con capacidad para dos en taburetes de bar, también totalmente equipada con un refrigerador de tamaño completo, estufa y microondas empotrado, lavavajillas, cafetera, cafetera Keurig y tostadora. El salón está amueblado con un sofá, dos plazas y dos sillas giratorias. El televisor HD de pantalla plana de 48 pulgadas está montado en la pared para un mejor placer visual. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para seis personas. El dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. El baño principal es un baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas matrimoniales con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas. El baño de visitas también es un baño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha. El balcón privado con mosquitero tiene sillas y mesa auxiliar para ver las impresionantes vistas de las puestas de sol clave de la siesta.

Beachfront Getaway

Well appointed unit with beachfron view. Palm Bay Association very gracious regarding some issues that came up on our end. Would not hesitate to rent again and hope to return. Very comfortable unit/beds. Thanks.

If you are looking for a great view of the beach and ocean this is it!!! Property is well maintained and well managed. All personnel on the grounds were very hospitable! This is a basic unit, nothing extraordinary, but priced accordingly. A good value for what you are paying for. Only disappointment was it was pictured as one king and two doubles. There was no king. Just two BRs both with two doubles. And you need to know about turtle season. Have to keep your lights out at night. The only problem with that was we could not close the blinds because they were in disrepair. A few slats missing and one blind was completely inoperable. They need to be repaired. it wasn't really a problem for us, they could just not be fully closed for the turtles and we did not want to walk around the unit at night in the dark. In all, a very good experience.

Perfect getaway

My only negative comments are that the blinds are hard to open and close with a few pieces missing and the kitchen could use more silverware. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved using the pools and complimentary beach chairs but having beach umbrellas provided by the Palm Bay Club would be a nice thing as the sun gets hot and the rental company shut down at 11am. Staff are friendly and very helpful! This is my 4th time at the Palm Bay Club, looking forward to visiting again.

Very Happy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay. The view of the beach was BEAUTIFUL. Believe that this was the nicest option for the money spent. Note that the beds are "Full" size (thought they were "Queen" size) so one of our 5 guests slept on the sofa which was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with what you would expect and we were surprised that other beach-related items were available in the unit (pool noodles, soft sided cooler). While we spent a fair amount of time on the beach (renting unbrellas was super easy), we also enjoyed the pool at the east end of the property. We recommend and will be back!

Great trip overall

The property itself is amazing. Our condo was located on the 3rd floor in the tower building which was just steps from the private beach. We arrived early and we were allowed to keep our luggage in the office, which was super helpful and allowed us to explore the area. There is a trolley that runs every 20 minutes that takes you to the southside, which has a variety of restaurants/shops/convenience stores and then to the village which has many shops, restaurants etc... The Palm Bay club sits right in the middle, perfect location. Lawn chairs are provided and brought out for you daily. Within a few hours of checking in to our room, we noticed that our air conditioner wasn't working, we ended up contacting security, since it was after 5 pm. They were amazing and had someone come in to fix it right away. There are zero cooking sprays, condiments, or spices. I will defiantly be staying with this property again, and we can't wait to bring our kids to Siesta Key. Next time, I'll be sure to order butter in our insta-cart order. We did pack a small cloth cooler for drinks on the beach but the condo is so close you can walk up for lunch breaks. There were 2 pool noodles left which were excellent for floating in the beautiful ocean. Overall, the condo was clean, staff were amazing, and we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property and the building need remodeling. On the property, AC returns need deep cleaning and the the AC filter needed to be replaced. (Ours had over a month when installed) The building had only 1 elevator working (the controls for the elevator on a pole in a bucket, kind of odd ) and we had to use the stairs more often than we wanted too. Other than that, everything else was clean and functional. We come to Palm Bay every year and this year was not different the beach was espectacular and we had a really good time as a family at the beach. We may return next year!!Thanks

Not up to Palm Bay standards

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to Palm Bay Club for several years, have stayed in a number of different units and we are huge fans. Unit #33 however was a serious disappointment. The upholstered furniture is not only dated but dirty, especially the arm chairs, the walls have chips and flaked off paint, the bedspreads in the master are worn and frayed, the caulking on the tub in the 2nd bath was mildewed and coming off, and the bathroom fans in both are as noisy as airplane propellers. In summary this unit needs maintenance and attention from the owner(s) in order to make it a pleasant place to stay. We’ll come back to Palm Bay and would highly recommend other units- just not this one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was overall very impressed with our stay. The view was fantastic, but the pools are definitely a hike. The unit has zero rugs, so the floors can get sandy, and are slippery when wet. The bedrooms tend to get hot at night, and the beds were awful. There was also only one working elevator, which made checking out a nightmare, since we had to wait forever for there to be enough space in the elevator for our luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I'm not sure we'd stay here again.

“Gulf Front” room but balcony on side of condo

Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in unit number 033 which is advertised and priced as a Gulf front room with balcony. While the unit does face the Gulf, it does so through plate glass windows. The balcony is on the side of the condo and faces mature trees which conceal any view of the golf. I called the front desk and was told that the trees are “protected“ and can’t be trimmed at any time. The trees are literally right outside the balcony, so you can’t see anything but leaves. I requested a room change to a higher floor and was told there was nothing available because it was Memorial Day weekend. I believe this is false and deceptive advertising and was extremely disappointed. We have stayed at the Palm Bay before, but never in the tower. At almost $600/night, one would expect a condo with a balcony facing the Gulf. Beware when booking and possibly request a high floor so you at least have an angled view of the Gulf and beach.

Breathtaking view

When we first opened the door to the apartment we were speechless by the view. While the family were in the beach sometimes I went upstairs to do some work while having a paradise view. In reference to elevator, there was only one available as the other was out of order. Great experience!

Then I tried to rent it next year at the same time they said they had already rented it for next year! I think I should have been given the chance to rent it next year since I rented it this year for the whole month!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was ok. When we got to the unit, the carpet was dirty as were some of the dishes. We were given a tiny thing of dish soap and needed to pay for everything else including washing our towels. (And when you have 3 kids and 2 adults - 6 towels isn't going to make it 6 days.) Both the pool area and workout room were not well cleaned or upkept. The view beautiful - but definitely not worth the amount of money we paid for the unit. I would have rather had lesser of a view and better service and amenities.
