Unidad 153 - 2 dormitorios y 2 baños Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el primer piso se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Bomberos del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios duermen un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas de tamaño completo con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "con HD, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32" con HD. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La sala está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "con servicio FIOS HDTV para su disfrute. Está totalmente equipado con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera y un Keurig. Hay alfombras en las dos habitaciones y el resto de la unidad es de baldosas. El patio confortablemente amueblado está protegido para que usted y su familia puedan disfrutar de nuestra encantadora brisa tropical.

Immaculate condition. Host is not the owner but manager of complex drip coffee maker only. Beautiful complex Large heated pool. 2 pickleball courts 1 tennis court 2 beach towels per bed provided. Gorgeous white sand beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Several different public shuttles made it easy to get to restaurants

It wasn’t what I expected

We were a party of 6 adults 2 married couples and 2 other adults we needed the 2 bedrooms to have queen beds in both bedrooms which was not the case when I arrived. Management helped and found a suitable solution promptly.

Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We rented #153 which is perfectly in the middle; short walk to the amazing beach and a short walk to the pool/Pickleball courts. The condo's general condition was good, but the master bedroom's furniture is old and needs an update. Head boards weren't attached to (small) double beds, which doesn't work for tall adults (5'9"& 6'1") Second bedroom with twin beds is nice.

Had 4 of the 5 of us there become ill we think from the air....Bedrooms would not get proper air at night so had to get a fan. There was a family upstairs with 4 adults and 4 children that were constantly making loud food traffic. Front desk gals very helpful as usual.

The heated pool was wonderful for chilly days in December. The private beach with complimentary chairs and loungers was great so we didn’t have to haul our own down. Our unit was nice with mostly everything we needed. It was nice to have a place to park our vehicle near our unit and there is overflow parking at the front for guests. The resort is very close to the trolley stop to take to the village. A few recommendations for the unit would be some new pans because they’re all scratched up and I didn’t feel comfortable cooking with them and electrical updates. The lamps and outlets in the master bathroom didn’t work. The hair dryer on the wall in master bath didn’t work but they supplied a dryer under the counter.

Relaxing vacation but condo needs fixing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at the Palm Bay club.We had some issues with this condo. 1) The slider wouldn't lock. After bringing this to the attention to the office it was quickly fixed. 2) If you want hot or even warm water to use in the kitchen this is not the condo for you. The only way to get hot water for washing dishes was to heat water in a pot on the stove. 3) The kitchen sink does not hold any water to wash dishes either. 4) Make sure to bring sealing containers if you have any food you don't want bugs in. We set a pack of doughnuts on the counter and within an hour it was infested with tiny bugs. Everything else was nice with the condo.
