Our spacious two bedroom condo is perfectly located near some of the best restaurants in Nashville. You have the walkability of East Nashville outside your door and just about a mile down the road from downtown! One bedroom has two king beds and the second bedroom has one king bed. You also have a full kitchen and living space to hang out.

Access code will be available upon final bookings.

You will enjoy the THREE KING SIZED BEDS in our fully stocked condo. With approximately 1,575 SF, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In addition, there are two reserved parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

Directions can be found via Google Maps, Waze and/or other apps. The address is 819 Woodland Street, Nashville 37206.

We love East Nashville and own various businesses and properties in the area. We want everyone to come see the hidden gem of East Nashville.

The location was perfect - we could walk to a concert at Nissan stadium & it was a short drive to Lower Broadway honky tonks & easy access to interstates for other excursions. Andy, our host, was helpful with dinner suggestions & he was right! The condo was perfect for our stay, 2 couples, is comfortable, clean & had all the amenities (even snacks) we needed.

Specious bedrooms and convenience

Four adults were very comfortable in the unit. We were able to Uber to Nisson Stadium and walk back after the concert we were there to see.

Great Family Trip

I stayed here with my mother and sister. The place was perfect for us as we could each have our own bed and 2 bathrooms to share. The owners thought of everything and provided water, snacks, and toiletries. Great location close to restaurants and night life. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Weekend stay

The room was as advertised. Very clean and good size for the 6 of us that stayed here. We were not crowded at all. Beds were very comfortable also.

Really cute place, close to Broadway

Really nice place to stay, short uber ride to downtown. nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice quality linens and Towels. Comfortable beds. If you are not looking to go down to Broadway, nice restaurants close by to condo.

Comfortable stay in East Nashville

We were 3 friends in Nashville for a girls trip. The apartment was extremely comfortable! Three king sized beds that were super comfy. It was nice having coffee and snacks provided. While we didn’t have a car ourselves, we had friends who came to visit us with cars so the parking right in front was convenient. Not the best “curb appeal” but once you get in the door you’ll love it! Also lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We walked to downtown during the day but quick Ubers after dark!

Quiet hidden gem

Clean, roomy condo in what looks like a former office building. Quiet, close walking distance to several coffeehouses and other shops. Just a ten-minute drive to Broadway.

Perfect location!

Property was perfectly situated to get to Broadway with an uber and walkability to many restaurants in the neighborhood! Property was well stocked with lots of little extra touches that made it very cute.

Great Location!!

The location was great! Easy Uber to Broadway or enjoy the nice restaurants around East Nashville. Beds were very comfortable and the snacks were a nice touch. Living space is small, but it was great for our group of four. Definitely will add this one to the list of those we’d stay at again!

Great place to stay in East Nashville

The place was just as pictured and very clean. So many close places to eat and a quick uber ride to downtown. Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean. Parking for 3, so no issues with our two vehicles. Short uber ride to Broadway, usually took no more than 5 minutes. Uber costs ranged from $11 to $25, depending on time of day which was less expensive than pay parking. If you were looking to go to Nissan Stadium for an event this would be a great location. Everything was great, except, wish there were a little table and chairs on the front porch to sit at. Weather was beautiful, would have liked to have a little gang out spot outside while the ladies were getting ready. Will definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed this cute little place! The property owners thought of all of the little details:) We asked for an earlier check in and the stars aligned and our wish was granted! Like many before have mentioned the beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and thick!! Thank you for your hospitality!! One person in the group was “in love” with the shower head 😆 If we get a chance to come back to Nashville we would stay here again!

Walkable to E Nashville, and the football stadium. Clean spot. What appeared to be an old commercial building renovated into a pleasant place.

Awesome location!

Great Nashville crash pad. Funky as you approach it. Once you enter there is plenty of space. Super comfortable king size beds. Large bathrooms both with bathtubs. Loved the shower head. No neighbors. Great place to entertain a few friends before or after going out. If you stay during the week, there is a childcare downstairs that starts music each day at 9am. That didn't bother us. The music selections were incredible and not childish. The windows don't open in the bedrooms, so we set the thermostat to circulate air. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We were there for a University of Tennessee football game. We had plenty of room to spread out in the apartment and it was great to have a full kitchen to make our tailgate food! We walked to the stadium. It was an easy 1 miles walk!

Good location in East Nashville

We enjoyed our stay. It was a good location to restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. We walked to Broadway in 27 minutes. Lyft ride was around $10. Plenty of space for 4 adults, free parking, comfortable beds, all the essentials. Much cheaper to drink/eat on this side of town. Would stay here again.

Great for Girls Weekend

The number one thing I would say is the beds were amazing. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! There was plenty of room for 6 girls. UberXL rides to downtown were never more than $20 for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of coffee and some snacks. We did have to contact the owners due to a leak but they were awesome to work with and so nice!

Great rental

We loved our stay. Unit is clean and comfortable. A/C thermostat stopped working the first day and owners quickly sent someone to fix it. We loved the Czech bakery Yeast of Nashville. I have a Czech background and their kolaches are as good as my grandmother’s. A short walk to the left will bring you to Bartaco. I was thrilled to find the new location and a much shorter wait than the Gulch location. Plenty of Uber drivers close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfy!!!

Don't think twice about renting out this space--the property is seriously top quality! Upon walking in, the cleanliness strikes you right away. This place is seriously clean. The beds all being king size and squishy memory foam made every couple feel like they were in the "king suite". There were plentiful fluffy towels and crisp sheets. Fans for every room, Mirrors galore for a big party of people to all get ready. They definitely thought of everything you need in this place. Not to mention the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, liquor stores all within a 5 min walk. Don't let the "business front" facade fool you--you will love it here. Plus there's 3 parking spaces for your big group! Thanks for a super fun Nashville weekend!

Great Place

This home was great. A short Uber ride to downtown and a short walk to some restaurants that were amazing. This place was well equipped with everything you need and more. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to go to Nashville.
