Modern 2 bedroom Condo in heart of East Nashville

Our spacious two bedroom condo is perfectly located near some of the best restaurants in Nashville. You have the walkability of East Nashville outside your door and just about a mile down the road from downtown! One bedroom has two king beds and the second bedroom has one king bed. You also have a full kitchen and living space to hang out.

Access code will be available upon final bookings.

You will enjoy the THREE KING SIZED BEDS in our fully stocked condo. With approximately 1,575 SF, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In addition, there are two reserved parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

Directions can be found via Google Maps, Waze and/or other apps. The address is 819 Woodland Street, Nashville 37206.

We love East Nashville and own various businesses and properties in the area. We want everyone to come see the hidden gem of East Nashville.

A Great Stay

The accomadatioms were wonderful. We loved the cute decor, comfy beds plush towels , yummy snacks and coffee maker with a variety of coffees.

Great place to stay in East Nashville

The place was just as pictured and very clean. So many close places to eat and a quick uber ride to downtown. Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in East Nashville

The location was perfect - we could walk to a concert at Nissan stadium & it was a short drive to Lower Broadway honky tonks & easy access to interstates for other excursions. Andy, our host, was helpful with dinner suggestions & he was right! The condo was perfect for our stay, 2 couples, is comfortable, clean & had all the amenities (even snacks) we needed.

Really cute place, close to Broadway

Really nice place to stay, short uber ride to downtown. nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice quality linens and Towels. Comfortable beds. If you are not looking to go down to Broadway, nice restaurants close by to condo.

Great Location!!

The location was great! Easy Uber to Broadway or enjoy the nice restaurants around East Nashville. Beds were very comfortable and the snacks were a nice touch. Living space is small, but it was great for our group of four. Definitely will add this one to the list of those we’d stay at again!

Great Family Trip

I stayed here with my mother and sister. The place was perfect for us as we could each have our own bed and 2 bathrooms to share. The owners thought of everything and provided water, snacks, and toiletries. Great location close to restaurants and night life. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Awesome East Nashville Location

Great location near many bars and restaurants in East Nashville. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being in the heart of East Nashville and close to downtown.

Great Place

This home was great. A short Uber ride to downtown and a short walk to some restaurants that were amazing. This place was well equipped with everything you need and more. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to go to Nashville.

We had a great time, the condo was fabulous, looks exactly as shown in pictures. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely rent again!

Quiet hidden gem

Clean, roomy condo in what looks like a former office building. Quiet, close walking distance to several coffeehouses and other shops. Just a ten-minute drive to Broadway.

Great location near downtown

Location is very close to downtown & football stadium. Neighborhood is a bit industrial but unit inside is very nice. Very well furnished with all the needed extras. Towels & bedding is great quality, better than most hotels. Great place to base out of for all Nashville attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Location

Great location!! Easy walk to the Titans Stadium, we were in town for a concert there. There are a few nice little restaurants in walking distance and a couple places to listen to live music. The host has thought of everything, very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Specious bedrooms and convenience

Four adults were very comfortable in the unit. We were able to Uber to Nisson Stadium and walk back after the concert we were there to see.

Great place in great neighborhood!

The property is extraordinarily well-appointed and welcoming. A 5-minute walk gets you to a variety of fun eateries and pubs away from the over-touristy crowds downtown. We did walk downtown on a nice day - 2 miles and a pretty straight shot got us there easily. Highly recommend!

Nice place, would stay again.

Great place to stay. It appears to be an office that was nicely converted. The beds are comfy, plenty of pillows, lots of towels, everything you'll need. Seating is a little tight, but was not an issue. The owner does a great job with this one and is very responsive to questions.
