This updated beachfront condo is located on the 17th floor of the beautiful Celadon Resort with picturesque, unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
Unit 1707 features one bedroom with a king bed, two full bathrooms, hall bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, this condo can sleep up to 6 guests. We have everything you need to have a comfortable and easy vacation including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and dining seating, FREE WIFI, and a full size washer and dryer in unit.
CELADON BEACH RESORT IS IN THE PERFECT LOCATION
Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, we have less crowded beaches and less traffic. We are very close to the best shopping, eating, and activities that Panama City Beach has to offer. Our 17th floor condo is directly on the beach and offers incredible gulf front view and stunning sunsets.

6 miles to 30A
6 miles to Camp Helen State Park
14 miles to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport
Celadon Beach Resort features two pools (one that is heated!) tennis courts, a work out facility, covered parking garage with covered air conditioned tunnel crossover to the condo, and 3 high speed air conditioned elevators.
2 beach chairs and umbrellas are provided with our condo during the months of March - October.
Important Notes:
• Check-in after 4:00PM, check out by 10:00AM
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• Celedon has a NO SMOKING policy. This is enforced at all areas of the resort including unit balconies. There is a designated smoking area on-site.
• A $45 dollar parking pass is required at the resort for on-site parking
• We have a zero-tolerance smoking and pet policy. OCTOBER 2024 GUESTS
Our HOA will be resurfacing our breezeways during the month of October. They are scheduled to be on our floor October 7th - 11th. The floor will be open, but there could be an inconvenience of construction during this time. Please be aware of this if you are booking during these dates.

We love Celadon! Close enough to all the action but far enough away to have less crowded beaches and way less traffic. After touring many many resorts in Panama City Beach, we easily fell in love with Celadon.
