This oceanview 2-bedroom condo in Kill Devil Hills is perfect for your escape to the beach. With a king bed, queen and twin bunk bed, this delightful property offers a cozy retreat for guests. A short 5 minute walk to public beach access and easy walking distance to a vast variety of dining and live entertainment (Jack Brown's Burger Joint next door, Outer Banks Brewing Station, Captain George's Seafood) ! Enjoy the convenience of a comfortable living room with sofa bed, kitchen or relax on the balcony with sweeping views of Kill Devil Hills and the ocean across the street! The condo is located on the 3rd Floor which adds to Privacy and less noise with wonderful views of the ocean across the street. There are stairs and no elevator access. We request that guests bring or rent bed linens, towels and personal hygiene items. This keeps our rental rates lower. Pillows and bedspreads are there!
Smart TVs, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the beachy vibe and the fantastic views from the balcony. Beds were comfortable location wasn’t close proximity to everything we love. Definitely got a good workout going up and down the stairs.

This place was AMAZING! Supper clean and very relaxing. It’s across from the ocean and near a lot of good restaurants and fun places to visit. 10/10 definitely recommend, may even stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent beach stay, place was very clean, orderly and very comfortable. Property manager was great, good communication and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

First of all, clean! Condo was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and historical sites. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

Wonderful Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view from the balcony. Communication was on point with the owner who answered within minutes. Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation. 10/10

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable 2 bedroom condo. The owner was responsive to questions before arriving, and took care of any concerns. The location was close to two public beach access points. The only thing to be aware of is the unit is on the third floor of a walk up, so make sure all in your party are ok with stairs.

Great time at the beach

We had a great stay at Oceanview condo. It was clean and only a short walk to the beach. There was a great ice cream place nearby that we walked to as well. It is located on the third floor without elevator access, so if you have mobility issues you will want to find other accommodation. It could have used some more kitchen utensils such as a pizza cutter and there were no bath mats. Overall I would recommend this condo though.

Prime location

This rental is located in a prime location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, beach! It is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 baths rental, which accommodated 5 of us. It is located on a 3rd floor tho and there is no elevators. You will have to bring your own linens and towels but everything else is there you need to enjoy your stay. Denny was great at getting back to us for all of our questions. This was our 2nd time booking this place and will definitely book again.

We're a family of three woth a toddler. We enjoyed our stay. The pictures of the property didn’t show a TV in the living room. It was a pleasant surprise. The fridge has an ice maker that was a nice surprise as well. The washer was very quiet. The dryer may take a couple of cycles to get towels dry when a full washer load is placed in it. No big deal, just plan accordingly. Both TVs are smart TVs and are 1080p. The parking slots under the condo are nice especially when its raining. The AC worked well. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes provided. The decorations are a nice touch and well thought out.For those who may have trouble with climbing stairs, be mindful it's four flights of stairs to reach the condo on the third floor. The view from the balcony is worth it if physically you’re able.
