Book now for the spring and summer! Close to elevator!

Beautiful unit freshly updated and has been totally remodeled to include gorgeous handscraped hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets with pantry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful decor, and 4 TVs. Cozy 1BR, 1BA unit that includes everything you need for an enjoyable ocean front vacation at HHB&T Resort.

The 540 sq ft unit includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Just outside the bedroom are two captain's bunks for your kids' enjoyment. Who wants the top bunk? Both bunks have their own TVs! The sofa in the living area opens to a queen sleeper if needed. There is a large screen wall-mounted TV, too. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking in when you choose and is fully stocked right down to the spice cabinet! The dining room table seats 4 very comfortably. This unit is far more than a hotel room or suite. It is a little piece of home!

Don't worry about bringing beach chairs. Two or more are provided as well as some sand toys. For a relaxing family vacation or a couple's getaway, you just can't beat this beautiful, beachy condo at Hilton Head!

Great Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful time at this location in Hilton Head. Everything was great with access to beach and pool. Definitely recommend this space again.

Nice week getaway close to the beach

This is a really nice and close to the beach condo for a family. Went for a week and everything was perfect! Close to all things in Hilton head. Would stay again!

Perfect Get Away for our Anniversary!

Perfect for a small family

HHI&TC is the best location for anyone wanting low hassle, great prices, and to be directly on the beach. We've dtayed here several times. This was our favorite condo thus far.

Great condo

Really liked this beach condo. Small, but when you’re spending all day at the beach and pool it’s plenty of space. My kids loved the TVs in the bunks before bedtime. We would stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I had a great vacation together last week in SC. This property was very clean and close to the beach. We appreciated the chairs, beach toys and towels provided! It helped out a lot! Easy check in and out process. Communication was appropriate and the area is beautiful.

Fabulous time! The beach was at our doorstep, and the pool area was wonderful for the kids!

Jean is easy to work with and responds promptly to questions. The beach bungalow was adorable and easy to access. The location is prime to great shops, excellent restaurants and the beach. The apartment is very homie and extremely beachy! We can't wait to book our next stay there !! Thanks for everything Jean!

Better Value than a Hotel on the Beech

great location, close to everything and nice property with huge pool, great beach and adequate fitness area. Unit was very nicely furnished and kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. They really thought of everything. This was the first time using VRBO and it was a good experience. The security deposit was also refunded quickly which was nice.

Lovely rental great amenities on site

We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. The rental had everything we needed and was clean and updated. We had a slight delay checking in because the door lock needed to be reset but owner and security resolved quickly. It’s a code lock so once reset it’s easy to come and go. Just enter code and turn knob and handle to right. We enjoyed pool, beach, fitness center, pickle ball courts, beach side drinks and snacks. We didn’t try restaurants on site but our favorites nearby were Okko, Lowcountry and Aunt Chiladas. Overall had a great vacation. Lovely rental in great area.

Another amazing stay

Jean's condo has everything. This was the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed in this unit, and we will be booking it again for next year. The kids love the tv's that are built in the bunks. The linens are nice and not the standard white towels that are scratchy, they are nice and fluffy. The unit is close to the pool and is just a few steps away from the elevators. Our security deposit was refunded in a timely fashion.

Perfect stay for a family of 4.

Our family loved the stay here. Jean was very helpful and answered all our questions. The condo, although small was cozy and had everything we needed. It was clean and cute, making it a great home away at the beach. The resort has activities for kids and the pool is spacious and clean with plenty of chairs. The playground is very nice and pretty new. We loved playing tennis and enjoying everything the resort offered. Jean had beach chairs and umbrellas for use. Bunk beds with the TVs were great for the kids. Each TV also has a DVD player so the kids can watch their own movies in their little spot! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was amazing including the weather

We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed. Jean informed me prior to my arrival that the ice maker was not working and that she was trying to get it fixed before we got there. When we arrived it was fixed and working perfectly. This has been our 3rd year in a row staying in this unit. The kids love the tv’s that are in the bunk area. They also liked the activities at the pool. We will definitely be back again next year.

Very nice place

This is a very nice, newly remodeled place to stay. Nice stainless appliances, granite counter tops, tv's, and comfortable beds. I recommend this to anyone. The ONLY thing I can think of to change, is to get a wireless blue ray player, rather than the non-wireless one, that can stream netflix and other online things through the free wireless internet. That would have been nice. But I am nitpicking.

Great condo

We had everything we needed for our week on HHI - the condo was small for a family of 4 but well furnished, clean, tastefully decorated and truly conformable. It was close enough to the pool & beach that it was an easy walk for snacks, lunch, or sun break. The "beach" closet had sand chairs we could use and was a great place to stash our other beach supplies through the week. There were lots of pegs inside & on the balcony to hang wet clothes or towels. We watching the sunrise while having breakfast on the balcony and we also liked that the balcony was in the shade by noon when we came back for lunch. Jean is such an awesome communicator and checked in on us to mke sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Always an amazing experience

The owner Jean is amazing. I have been staying in her condo the last 6 or 7 years. It honestly feels like our home away from home. During our stay we experienced tropical storm Danny. It only lasted a day and did not interupt our vacation what so ever. That being said Jean reached out to us just to check to make sure we were ok. Condo was very clean. Hall closet was stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and even had some unopened pool rafts. My 11 year old loves having the tv's in the bunk bed area. This condo is right by the elevator. I definitely recommend this Condo and its owner. Thanks Jean for sharing your home with my family and I. Look forward to booking again for next year... Gerri

Beautiful and spotless!

My daughter and I recently stayed at this lovely condo. It was decorated so perfectly with so much attention to detail- from the refreshing color scheme, to every piece of furniture, to even the plates, cups, silverware and towels! Our location was perfect with easy access to the beach and bike rental right on site (3 days for $18-great deal). I let my daughter have the master bedroom because she had just finished a semester of college and was exhausted and I knew she'd sleep in. I was hesitant to sleep on the sofa bed; however, the amazing tempurpedic mattress topper was great and I slept beautifully! Lovely kitchen which allowed me to make muffins and coffee which I enjoyed on the deck with a book in the morning. At night my daughter and I watched several movies on the flat screen tv (dvd's provided or bring you own). My only comment would be to parents of little ones- I'm not sure I'd put a small child on the top bunk because they are very narrow (perhaps a bedrail is needed?). Thanks Jean for a fantastic, relaxing stay- very much needed and enjoyed!

Sometimes, I'll just get away by myself, sometimes with a friend or two, but I know however I do Hilton Head, it will be perfect! I hope that you will also enjoy this little gem when you are ready for a taste of Hilton Head!

This property is located on a beautiful resort that is well-maintained and very secure. Even the most remote building on the resort is only a five minute walk to the beach! With elevators and ramps close by, access to the condo is very easy and walking to the beach is just a very short stroll! The amenities are fantastic! What is not to like about HHB&T?

You will love sitting on the balcony with a view of the ocean and marsh. It is so quiet and peaceful - a great place for that morning coffee or evening wine. You might find that you don't even bother to read that book you brought as you enjoy the views of nature and the serenity it brings.
