**Clean and Spacious 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo on the 14th Floor. It has a Comfortable King Bed, Twin Bunk Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Condo sleeps 6 and has plenty of room for a relaxing vacation! You can see the breathtaking Emerald Water from the Balcony of the 14th Floor. Two full size bathrooms are a plus for the Family! The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook a night or two! We provide Beach Towels, an Umbrella and Beach Toys. We also offer Beach Chairs and a folding table for a great day at the Beach! All the beach supplies are in the Condo for our Guest to use. The Condo offers WI-FI and Cable.

Delicious Seafood Restaurants (Sharky's and Runaway Island) are within walking distance to Emerald Beach Resort. Pier Park is less than a mile away and offers Entertainment, Shopping and several eateries for the entire Family!

Great Stay!

Condo looked exactly as listed. Bed was comfortable. Views were amazing. Sunsets were beautiful. Greatful we could use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Shell Island was about 20 minutes away (snorkeling, all day shell hunting), Pier Park (shopping) was 5 minutes away (driving). Was cool to see sharks at Russel Park Pier and to see people catching fish. Christine was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was exceptionally clean and in a nice location. The condo was well stocked with new dishes and cookware/bakeware. Working with Christine was a pleasure. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and view

I have no complaints. This was perfect for our family of three. The condo was clean. The location is easy for shopping and restaurants. The beach was great. Christine was great with communication and booking was very easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Best!

This was our 7th time staying at this property and once again, it did not disappoint! Christine is THE BEST and does everything to make a vacation what you dream of! The property is so clean and beautiful, not only the condo, but the whole building. We saw dolphins from our balcony almost every day, the weather was perfect and there are so many good places to eat! This was a perfect vacation and we feel so blessed to be able to enjoy everything PCB has to offer!

Get away.

We did enjoy our stay. The view is amazing. The property was mostly clean. In the bedroom the floor wasn't completely clean by the window, partial bottle water left in the room. The balcony furniture needs to be Cleaned, it felt grimy. The pool by the ocean was cold. cleaned

Vacation

Great spot , we had everything we needed , our vehicle never left the parking garage . Access the street was shops , market , restaurants, ice cream shop . Christine was amazing , we arrived early and she welcomed us . The place was clean , pools were fantastic

Christine is Amazing!

Christine provided above and beyond host service and was so easy to get in touch with and quick to answer any questions or fix and concerns. My only draw backs were the very intense weed smell that made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony all 3 nights which I know the host nor owner can control, and then the pillows/mattress were pretty uncomfortable in the master bedroom.

Condo was good. Property manager was great. Building management needs improvement. Water service problem took an entire day to fix. Facility staff tried to enter condo to check sprinklers without giving me even 5 seconds to answer the door.

Great View!

We enjoyed everything about our stay on this property. The parking/elevator situation can be confusing but we quickly figured it out. We will most likely book again in the future. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful

This was one of the easiest and most laid back beach trips I’ve had in a long time. The condo was perfect! The view from the balcony over the water was breathtaking! It was super clean, the bed was sooo comfortable! Smelled amazing and clean inside. Stocked with everything we needed. The hostess told us everything we needed to know to make the trip super smooth and a success. Thank you Christine!!
